The circulating pump is coupled to the outer pipe. The first temperature sensor is coupled to the upper sealing bar. The second temperature is coupled to the lower sealing bar. The control unit controls the operation of the circulating pump based on information receiving from the first and second temperature sensors.

The lift driving part generates a driving force and transfers the driving force through the lift driving bar to the arm. The vertical sliding bar is elastically supported upward by an elastic spring in the normal times and pushed down by the rear part of the arm or the hinge shaft lowered by the seesaw motion caused by the reaction when an upper sealing bar(122) contacts an object inserted between the upper sealing bar and the lower sealing bar. The sensing switch senses the down motion of the sliding bar and transmits a sensing signal to the controller.
