A disclosed example method includes receiving a selection of a first process control resource within a process control system to be associated with a logical container, the logical container including other process control resources that have a same user defined characteristic in common with the first process control resource, creating an entry within the logical container for the first process control resource by storing an identifier of the first process control resource in the logical container, and assigning the first process control resource to the logical container so that the identifier of the first process control resource links to process control information associated with the first process control resource.

摘要： The present disclosure provides methods and compositions for detecting polynucleotides in a sample and for quantifying polynucleotide load in a sample. The polynucleotides can be associated with a disease, disorder, or condition. In some applications, methylated DNA is quantified, e.g., in order to determine the load of polynucleotides in a sample. The present disclosure also provides methods and compositions for determining the load of fetal polynucleotides in a biological sample, e.g., the load of fetal polynucleotides (e.g., DNA, RNA) in maternal plasma. The present disclosure provides methods and compositions for detecting cellular processes such as cellular viability, growth rates, and infection rates. This disclosure also provides compositions and methods for detecting differences in copy number of a target polynucleotide. In some embodiments, the methods and compositions provided herein are useful for diagnosis of fetal genetic abnormalities, when the starting sample is maternal tissue (e.g., blood, plasma). The methods and materials described apply techniques for allowing detection of small, but statistically significant, differences in polynucleotide copy number.

摘要： Methods for determining a location of a feature in a spatial array of features include: providing a spatial array including a plurality of features on a substrate, where a feature of the plurality of features has a capture probe, and where the capture probe has a spatial barcode and a constant sequence; hybridizing a first sequencing probe to the spatial barcode, where the first sequencing probe has a first label and a first nucleotide sequence; obtaining a first image of the first label with the first sequencing probe hybridized to the spatial barcode; determining, based on the first image, a first portion of a sequence of the spatial barcode; and associating the feature with a location in the spatial array based on a location of the first label in the first image.
