摘要： A method for multiple access point (AP) transmission is disclosed. The method comprises receiving a repetition beacon from each of a plurality of APs, each received repetition beacon comprising a common information part and an AP-specific information part; decoding at least a subset of the received common information parts to obtain a first parameter; decoding the received AP-specific information parts to obtain a second parameter for each of the plurality of APs; performing a calculation based on the first parameter, the obtained second parameters and a number of the plurality of APs to obtain a calculation result; and transmitting a feedback based on the calculation result to the plurality of AP.

Upon transmitting the ESPR frame, the STA may receive an enhanced grant frame from the AP. The enhanced grant frame may include an antenna configuration and a multi-channel allocation to enable the STA to perform the MIMO transmission and the multi-channel transmission.

摘要： A method, apparatus, and system for beamforming training using a wireless transmit receive unit (WTRU). A WTRU may receive an indication of a number of space time slots (STSs) from an access point (AP) within a beacon frame during a beamforming training allocation. The WTRU may send a response signal to the AP in a specific STS based on a function of the number of STSs. The WTRU may receive an acknowledgement (ACK) from the AP confirming the response was received. Alternatively, the AP may send a signal indicating that a collision occurred and alter the number of STSs, and the WTRU may try again in the next beamforming training allocation.

At a first device comprising a first plurality of antennas, a plurality of beamforming weight vectors are applied to a corresponding plurality of signal streams for simultaneous transmission to a second device having a plurality of antennas. A determination is made whether the plurality of signal streams need to be retransmitted from the first device to the second device. When a retransmission needs to be made, an order in which the plurality of beamforming weight vectors are applied to the plurality of signal streams is switched for a retransmission attempt of the plurality of signal streams from the first device to the second device.
