摘要： Disclosed is an attachment coupler for heavy machinery, for detachably mounting an attachment for heavy machinery on an arm of heavy machinery. A coupler body is coupled to the arm of the heavy machinery. A fixing hook is formed on the coupler body, and a first coupling pin of the attachment is inserted therein and coupled thereto. A moving hook is pivotably coupled to a hinge shaft on the coupler body, and a second coupling pin of the attachment is inserted therein and coupled thereto. A hydraulic cylinder pivots the moving hook from being coupled to or disengaged from the second coupling pin. A locking device, for locking and preventing the disengagement of the first coupling pin from the fixing hook when the moving hook is coupled to the second coupling pin, includes: a locking hook pivotably coupled to the hinge shaft on the coupler body, and configured to block an entrance of the fixing hook when coupled to the first coupling pin; and a link mechanism for, interlockingly with the pivoting of the moving hook, coupling or disengaging the locking hook to/from the first coupling pin.

摘要： An attachment coupling device is designed to releasably connect a variety of attachments to an arm and a push link of heavy machinery such as hydraulic excavators. The attachment coupling device comprises a pair of mounting brackets fixedly secured to the attachment, each bracket having first and second hooks spaced apart with each other. Another major element of the coupling device is a coupler which includes, a fixed plate affixed to the arm and the push link, a pair of fixed coupling pins each protruding outwardly from the fixed plate for engagement with the first hook of each of the mounting brackets, a pair of movable coupling pins for movement between a retracted release position and an extended coupling position wherein the respective one of the movable pins comes into engagement with the second hook of each of the mounting brackets, and an actuator for causing movement of the movable coupling pins.
