    • The invention relates to a method of treating a warm-blooded animal having a solid tumor disease comprising administering a combination which comprises: a) a N-phenyl-2- pyrimidine-amine derivative, especially N-{5-[4-(4-methyl-piperazino-methyl)-benzoylamido]- 2-methylphenyl}-4-(3-pyridyl)-2-pyrimidine-amine, b) at least one compound inhibiting the efflux pump active at the blood brain barrier selected from MDR1 and MRP2, c) optionally an antineoplastic agent, especially as defined herein, d) optionally an alkylating agent and e) optionally, hydroxyurea; to the use of such a combination for the preparation of a medicament for the treatment of a solid tumor disease; and to a commercial package or product comprising such a combination together with instructions for the treatment of a solid tumor disease. In a further aspect, the present invention pertains to a combination which comprises: a) optionally a N-phenyl-2-pyrimidine-amine derivative, especially N-{5-[4-(4- methyl-piperazino-methyl)-benzoylamido]-2-methylphenyl}-4-(3-pyridyl)-2-pyrimidine-amine (STI571 ), b) N-{5-[4-(piperazino-methyl)-benzoylamido]-2-methylphenyl}-4-(3-pyridyl)-2- pyrimidine-amine (CGP74588), c) optionally an antineoplastic agent, d) optionally an alkylating agent and e) optionally, hydroxyurea; to the use of such a combination for the preparation of a medicament for the treatment of a solid tumor disease; and to a commercial package or product comprising such a combination together with instructions for the treatment of a solid tumor disease.

    • The present invention relates to a combined unattended deposit unit. The device relates to an ecological receptacle (Figure 1), none of the articles deposited being treated on site. It is characterised by a representative design specifically adapted to the kind of work proposed according to its purpose and use. Nevertheless, it is adapted to the depositing of articles required to be treated externally by service providers who first collect the deposited articles from the receptacle (Figure 1). It consists of a receptacle (Figure 1) in the middle of which is a round door (Figure 2) which opens externally and closes automatically (Figures 3 and 5) on a hatch (Figure 4). A device (Figure 6) located between the door (Figure 2) and the hatch (Figure 4) allows articles to be deposited in the receptacle (Figure 1) but not withdrawn therefrom once deposited. An outer door (Figure 7) adjoining the receptacle (Figure 1) allows a worker to remove the articles. A shelf (Figure 9) mounted horizontally on the receptacle (Figure 1) is movable and can be pivoted upwards (Figure 11), to protect the deposit means after use. The receptacle (Figure 13) is mounted on wheels (Figure 12) to allow it to be moved as required. The complete receptacle (Figure 13) is made up of eight separate parts. Kit assembly is therefore possible and it can be industrialised. According to the device, the complete receptacle (Figure 13) is intended to take deposits of articles having to undergo garment degreasing operations (dyeing, pressing), or repairs (shoe-mending, etc.) or articles requiring chemical processing such as photographic or film development (not restricted).
