摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a luminous strain for sensing a toxic substance, more in detail, YH9-RC being a bacterium causing a change in a degree of luminescence when the strain is brought into contact with a toxic substance and to provide both a method and an instrument for examining a toxic substance by using the change in a degree of luminescence of the bacterium. SOLUTION: YH9-RC causing a change in a degree of luminescence by a reaction with a toxic substance has an accession number KCTC0730BP. This method for examining a toxic substance judges presence and concentration of a toxic substance by using a bacterium. The method for examining a toxic substance comprises adding an aldehyde as a substrate so as to make the bacterium luminous. This toxic substance analyzer comprises a specimen of a toxic substance, a bacterium which is reacted with the specimen and changes a degree of luminescence, a reactor capable of reacting the specimen with the bacterium and a light measuring instrument capable of measuring light rays emitted from the bacterium.

摘要： A system for cutting natural soap is provided to allow users to cut home-made natural soap easily and accurately, to impart a clean cut surface to natural soap, and to improve cutting and cleaning work. The system for cutting natural soap comprises: a base plate on which soap is disposed, the base plate having a dimension of width x height x depth of 60 cm x 9.5 cm x 10 mm; a cutting frame for fixing a cutting blade cutting the soap uniformly; and a cutting blade for cutting the soap. The cutting frame has gaps formed longitudinally at predetermined intervals in a comb-like shape (U-like shape when viewed from the front side) so that cutting wires of the cutting blade is inserted therein at predetermined intervals. The cutting blade has such a structure that wires are inserted therein and includes a hollow cavity at a portion where it overlaps with the cutting frame.

摘要： The present invention relates to a method for preparing microsphere1- and microspheres produced by thereby. More particularly, the present invention relates to a method for preparing a polymeric microsphere comprising the steps of: mixing a water-insoluble organic solvent with a dispersion solvent; mixing a polymer compound, a drug and a water-insoluble organic solvent so as to prepare a dispersed phase; mixing the dispersed phase with the dispersion solvent mixed with the water-insoluble organic solvent so as to prepare an emulsion; and adding a base or an acid to the prepared emulsion so as to remove the water-insoluble organic solvent from the emulsion and a polymeric microsphere thereby, and a composition for drug delivery comprising the microspheres. In the inventive preparation method, it is possible to conveniently prepare a drug-containing polymeric microsphere within a short time using a small amount of water, with the generation of a minimized amount of waste solution without a requirement of a conventional solvent-evaporation or solvent-extract ion process. Also, since a low concentration of remaining solvent within a prepared polymeric microsphere can be maintained, it is effective in preparation in sustained-release type medicines.
