    • The present invention relates to a manhole cover which has an upper body and a lower body coupled to each other to maintain balance, to endure loads applied from an external source in a stable manner, to protect the inside of the manhole from the ingress of rainwater, and to enable the upper body to be stably fixed inside the lower body. To accomplish the above-described aim, the key technical features of the present invention relate to a manhole cover, comprising: a lower body, the inside of which is hollow, with a spiral rib formed along the inner surface of the hollow space, and a convex-concave portion formed on the upper surface of the spiral rib; an upper body which is coupled inside the lower body, and the inside of which is hollow, with a spiral rib and a convex-concave portion formed along the outer surface thereof to correspond to the spiral rib and the convex-concave portion of the lower body, and a stepped portion formed at the upper surface thereof; a cover mounted in the stepped portion of the upper body to protect the inside of the upper body from the introduction of foreign objects; and a waterproofing means removably arranged inside the upper body to protect the inside of the manhole from the ingress of rainwater.

    • The present invention relates to a method of forming a small gap using CMP and a method for manufacturing a lateral FED. In the present invention, a small gap is determined by the thickness of an oxide film, and so uniform small gaps of about 100 Å that have been impossible to attain with the art of prior lithography can be formed with repeatability. Prior lateral field emission devices have the problem of repeatability in forming a gap for field emission because they are fabricated by means of a thermal stress method or an electrical stress method. But if the method of forming a small gap according to the present invention is used to fabricate a lateral FED, a FED can be made that has low voltage drive and high current drive characteristics and uniform field emission characteristics.

    • PURPOSE: An apparatus for removing snow from a driving range net is provided to effectively economically remove snow by being additionally installed at an existing driving range. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for removing snow from a driving range includes a snow removing assembly(200), and a supporting unit for the assembly, and a conveyor. The snow removing assembly is installed at the lower side of the bottom of a net in order to cross the transversal direction of the bottom of the net. The supporting unit supports the assembly to be approached to the lower side of the bottom of the net. The conveyor is connected with both sides of the assembly such that the assembly sweeps the lower side of the bottom of the net and moves along the moving direction of a struck golf ball.
