摘要： PURPOSE: To obtain an excellent liquid dispersion foundation having on greasiness, not separating an oil component, by blending pigment powder coated with oils and fats with quince's seed essence (essence obtained by extracting Cydonia vulgaris Pers with water) to stabilize the foundation. CONSTITUTION: This liquid dispersion foundation is obtained by blending pigment powder coated with oils and fats with quince's seed essence to keep stability, does not require mixing a base with an oil component, will not separate an oil component even in a liquid state, has excellent stability and slight greasiness and good touch. The liquid dispersion foundation can be mixed with pigment powder containing an ultraviolet light absorber in the oil and fat layer of the pigment powder coated with oils and fats. The pigment powder coated with oils and fats, for example, can be produced by melting oils and fats optionally by heating, uniforming and blending the oils and fats with pigment powder. For example, 2-ethylhexyl p-dimethylaminobenzoate or 2-ethylhexyl p- methoxycinnamate may be cited as the ultraviolet light absorber.

摘要： PURPOSE: To prepare a cosmetic, containing an extract of Glycyrrhiza glabra Linne var. glandulifera Regel et Herder, an extract of Aloe ferox Miller, etc., and tocopherols, having high safety, excellent in beautifying and whitening effects and useful for preventing and treating dermal stains and ephelides. CONSTITUTION: This cosmetic is obtained by blending (A) an extract of Glycyrrhiza glabra Linne var. glandulifera Linne var. Regel et Herder with (B) an extract of Aloe ferox Miller, etc., and (C) tocopherols (preferably tocopherol acetate or natural vitamin E). The amounts of the blended ingredients are preferably 0.01-0.5wt.% ingredient (A), 0.05-2wt.% ingredient (B) and 0.05-0.2wt.% ingredient (C). The ingredient (A) is preferably obtained by thermally extracting a root of the Glycyrrhiza glabra Linne var. glandulifera Regel et Herder produced in China, etc., with an alcohol such as ethanol, then concentrating and drying the resultant extract. The ingredient (B) is preferably prepared by freeze-drying an aqueous solution obtained by pressing a leaf of the Aloe ferox Miller, etc., then washing the resultant powder with ethanol, concentrating the wash liquid under a reduced pressure, subsequently dissolving the powder in purified water and crystallizing calcium oxalate and a resinous ingredient, further removing the formed crystal by filtration and then adding purified water to make as a 0.5% aqueous solution.
