摘要： This invention is directed to a method of removing dimethyl ether from an olefin stream. The method includes distilling the olefin stream so that the dimethyl ether is separated out of the olefin stream with propane. The olefin stream can then be further distilled to provide a polymer grade ethylene stream and a polymer grade propylene stream, with each stream containing not greater than about 10 wppm dimethyl ether.

摘要： A method is described for producing olefins from methanol in a reactor, wherein liquid methanol is evaporated and introduced into the reactor as gaseous methanol for olefin synthesis, while hot olefin-containing reactor exit gas is removed from the reactor. For better utilization of heat, it is proposed to send at least a part of the liquid methanol (1) with the reactor exit gas (15) into a heat exchanger (9), where the liquid methanol (1) is evaporated and the reactor exit gas (15) is simultaneously cooled. The methanol evaporated in the way (14) can be impute to the reactor directly or after addition to another stream (3).

摘要： A method is described for processing an olefin-containing product stream (1) that contains, besides ethylene and propylene, longer-chain olefins and compounds of hydrocarbons with oxygen (oxygenates). Such a product stream (I) can occur in particular in olefin synthesis from methanol. The product stream is dewatered in successive process steps, optionally compressed in several steps and dried. Then it is subjected to fractionation. For removal of the undesired oxygenates it is proposed that the oxygenates be washed out of the gaseous product stream after the compression steps and before the drying step in a column (12) with methanol.

摘要： Driven by an artificially generated vortex wind (whirlwind, turbulent wind, eddying wind). Capturing the air produces an atmospheric overpressure around the vortex chamber. On the other side, sucking out produces a suction reaching into the vortex chamber. The air can flow through the nozzles at increased speed. This produces in the drum power vortex wind or even a storm, which we need to drive the rotor. When used on dike dams in the north sea, it would simultaneously be possible to hold relatively large storm tides (storm floods) at bay, and have the best wind. It would also be possible to combine a plurality of rotors by means of couplings to form a larger powerhouse. Scientists maintain that the sun supplies us with ten thousand times more energy than we humans require. So let's get down to it and make use of some of this energy; in so doing we will be kind to the environment and create new jobs.

摘要： Up to now, relatively large heads (levels, heights) have been used in order to send water over a water wheel or in order to drive a turbine. My solution can be used in any desired river (stream), in order to generate the water vortex (eddy). A minimum degree of damming is required in the case of very sluggishly flowing waters (bodies of water), because there is no need for large differences in water head. This water vortex can be used to obtain energy in small systems having an insertable rotor and electric generator. However, it is advisable in the case of larger systems to use self-floating rotors which have a shaft in the middle. A pick-up arm (tapper arm) or bridge is swivelled over the latter and connected to the shaft. In my opinion, this is a good step towards living in harmony with nature. Again, it could also create urgently required jobs. Moreover, a large number of small systems replace an atomic power station.
