摘要： An improved mobile batch plant that is entirely self-erecting and completely contained as operated between transport and functional modes by a single operator. A truck-towed main frame hingedly supports a tower assembly that includes cement storage and weigh bins and water storage and weigh tanks proximate a materials release point to be received by a mixer. An aggregate and/or sand hopper and conveyor are located forward on the main frame and these serve to move aggregate materials to the release point. A hydraulic linear actuator system operates to move the tower assembly between the vertical operational position and the horizontal transport position where conveyor and tower are compacted against the main frame.

摘要： A concrete batch plant designed and constructed for transport to the site wherein the concrete is to be used, said plant being disposed in a substantially horizontal position during transport thereof and in a substantially vertical position during operation thereof for producing concrete batches. The apparatus comprises cement storage means for storing a quantity of dry bulk cement therein, weigh bin means for receiving a preselected quantity of the dry cement from the cement storage means, water bin means for receiving a preselected quantity of water therein, aggregate weigh bin means for containing a quantity of aggregate therein and discharging the same in preselected quantities, and means for elevating the aggregate storage bin means from the charging or loading position to the dumping or discharging position for discharging the contents thereof into a suitable mixer means such as a Ready-mix truck, said elevating means also being utilized for elevating the apparatus from said horizontal position to said vertical position and return to horizontal position. Electronic means is also provided for automatic loading of the water weigh bin and cement weigh bin with said preselected quantities of material according to weight for the desired concrete mixture, as well as visual electronic means for loading of the aggregate weigh bin means.

摘要： An improved portable, large volume cement mixer that includes a self-supporting inclined plane secured atop a wheeled main frame that provides basic structural support without the need for ancillary lifting equipment. The inclined plane is constructed in upper and lower hinged truss beams, upwardly hinged for operation and downwardly hinged for transport. A trolley carrying a cement mixer drum is then movable along the length of the inclined plane during operation, whereupon large batches of cement may be mixed and dispensed into waiting local carriers or trucks.

摘要： A large volume cement mixer that is readily mobile and can be set up for use with a concrete batch plant at a given location. The cement mixer is carried on an elongated frame having wheels on one end and a gooseneck connection on the front end for towing purposes. A longitudinally movable carriage is carried on top of the elongated frame and the carriage is adapted to carry a large cement mixer mounted thereon. In operation, the elongate frame is braced in approximately 45.degree. angle attitude as the carriage supports the cement mixer in generally horizontal, rotatable fixture. Hydraulic devices are provided for rotating the cement mixer during the mixing mode of operation and, after completion, the carriage structure is hydraulically controlled to move upward along the elongate frame to a dump position whereupon the cement mixer is rotated forward and the mixed concrete is allowed to fall to a discharge position.
