摘要： A new N-heterocyclic catalyst system which contains N-heterocyclic carbene and amido as ligands, which are strongly bound to a palladium metal. Another heteroatom functionality can be used as a third ligand L. The NHC-amidate ligand system is unique in structure, and shows excellent reactivities in a number of chemical reactions. The chemical reactions include carbon-carbon and carbon-heteroatom (oxygen and nitrogen) bond formations, and oxidation reactions of saturated carbon chemicals via C—H activation.

摘要： The present invention discloses a photographing apparatus having the function of preventing blur of a still image. A diaphragm unit controls the amount of light incident on a photoelectric transduction unit from a lens. A diaphragm driving unit controls an open/close operation of the diaphragm unit. When opening the diaphragm unit, a control unit outputs to the diaphragm driving unit a control signal for supplying a driving voltage in a direction of opening the diaphragm unit. When closing the diaphragm unit, the control unit outputs to the diaphragm driving unit a control signal for supplying the driving voltage in a direction of closing the diaphragm unit. Moreover, power supplied to the diaphragm unit is controlled without requiring a special mechanical shutter, thereby reducing the time from an open state to a close state of a diaphragm. As a result, it is possible to prevent a blur of the image generated due to movement of a subject or shaking of the photographer's hands.

The communication unit receives schedule information, real-time location information, and service status information including service completion information for each worker. The control unit determines a visit type of a service using the schedule information and the real-time location information. When the determined visit type is the non-requested visit, the control unit calculates a first achievement score having a penalty score for a non-requested visit. When the determined visit type is a requested visit, the control unit calculates a second achievement score having a new service completion rate for each worker using the schedule information and the service status information. The control unit calculates a key performance indicator (KPI) for each worker using the first and second achievement scores, and evaluates a working status of each worker using the calculated KPI.
