摘要： A molding apparatus for molding semiconductor devices using a molding compound in which a mold is automatically treated with a mold releasing agent is provided. A lead frame strip in-magazine part and a tablet loading part are designed so that dummy lead frame strips and releasing tablets used in a mold releasing agent treatment process are automatically supplied to the molding apparatus in a mold releasing agent treatment mode or a mold cleaning mode. After the mold releasing agent treatment mode or mold cleaning mode is complete, the molding apparatus is switched back to a normal molding process and normal lead frame strips and molding compound tablets are to the mold part. In addition, a pick-up part and a stack magazine part are designed to distinguish by-products generated during the mold releasing agent treatment process from normally molded products by switching from a normal molding process to either a mold releasing agent treatment process or a mold cleaning process.

摘要： A vehicle display system having both an untwisting function and a position restoring function is provided. The vehicle display system includes a main body, a display panel, one or more drive means, a microcontroller, one or more clutch means, and windup springs. The main body is mounted on the ceiling of a vehicle. The display panel is coupled to the main body so as to be rotated. The drive means rotate two connection members connected to respective ends of the display panel. The microcontroller operates the drive means so that the display panel is unfolded when receiving basic signals. Each of the clutch means causes a corresponding connection member to run idle over a corresponding rotational shaft. Each of the windup springs is mounted to the corresponding rotational shaft and is wound when the display panel is unfolded.

摘要： The present invention relates to a method for aligning semiconducting nanowires on a metal electrode (12), more particularly to a method for aligning semiconducting nanowires on a metal electrode (12) by which a zinc oxide nanowire and a silicon nanowire are synthesized on a specific region of an electrode made of Al, Ti, Pt, etc. and the nanowires are aligned on the wafer scale instantly as they are synthesized. The method for aligning semiconducting nanowires on a metal electrode (12) in accordance with the present invention makes it possible to manufacture multiple nanowire devices at low cost. Thus, the method in accordance with the present invention can be effectively utilized to produce various nano devices, including electronic devices, optoelectronic devices, laser devices, chemical sensors, etc. in large quantity.
