摘要： In the manufacture and application of a PLC-ECL type wavelength tunable light source, provided is a wavelength tunable mechanism with improved performance and stability, a light source with improved packaging performance and mass productivity, and a light source applied to a WDM-PON with initialization and stabilization functions. The wavelength tunable light source having a PLC (planar lightwave circuit)-ECL (external cavity laser) structure includes a first housing in which a semiconductor optical gain medium is mounted, a second housing in which a PLC device is mounted, and a third housing in which an optical fiber is mounted. The first, second, and third housings make an optical axis alignment through an optical coupling lens and combined in a laser welding method.

摘要： Provided is a signal processor for converting a signal that converts a return to zero (RZ) signal into a non-return to zero (NRZ) signal, in which two 2R (re-amplifying, re-shaping) regenerators are connected in parallel between an input waveguide and an output waveguide with different lengths from each other. The 2R regenerator includes: two semiconductor optical amplifiers having different lengths from each other; and phase control means connected to a short semiconductor optical amplifier. The RZ signal input by a length difference of the waveguide is delayed by a time difference of a half of one bit so that the 2R regenerated NRZ signal can be obtained.

The lower track of a crawler excavator according to the present invention comprises: first and second rubber pads which are divisionally formed; a first steel plate which supports the bottom surface of the first rubber pad by surrounding the same, and has first hooks formed on the bottom surface thereof and coupling holes formed in a connection stepped-portion, which is formed at the opposite side of the first hooks; a second steel plate which supports the bottom surface of the second rubber pad by surrounding the same, and has second hooks formed on the bottom surface thereof, connection protrusions formed at the opposite side of the second hooks so as to be secured on the connection stepped-portion, and connection through-holes formed in the protrusions so as to correspond to the coupling holes; and coupling members sequentially passing through the through-holes formed in the second rubber pad and the through-holes formed in the second steel plate so as to be fixed in the coupling holes of the first steel plate.
