    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a concrete pipe which can apply a proper expansion pressure to both of a synthetic resin pipe arranged inside concrete and a steel pipe arranged outside concrete.
      SOLUTION: In the method for producing the concrete pipe, a synthetic resin is provided on the inner circumference surface, and a steel material is provided on the peripheral surface. An inside frame made of a synthetic resin constituting the inner surface of the concrete pipe, an outside frame made of the steel material constituting the outer surface of the concrete pipe, and a fiber sheet dividing the clearance between the frames into an inside region and an outside region are arranged. First ready-mixed concrete and second ready-mixed concrete having different contents of an expansion material are placed in the inside region and the outside region, respectively. As the first ready-mixed concrete to be placed in the inside region, ready-mixed concrete whose expansion material content is larger than that of the second ready-mixed concrete to be placed in the outside region is used.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to use in a screwing technique and to remarkably reduce decreasing in strength of the outer peripheral face of a pipe body during screwing caused by abrasion and cutting.
      SOLUTION: While a cylindrical form mounted with a fitment for a receiving opening on its one end and a fitment for an inserting opening on the other end is continuously rotated under a condition where an iron reinforcement basket 10 is arranged near the inner peripheral face of the fitment for the inserting opening in the cylindrical form, a concrete outer layer 13 is formed near the iron reinforcement basket 10. A fiber-reinforced layer 16 containing the iron reinforcement basket 10 is formed on the inner face of the concrete outer layer 13, and a concrete inner layer 18 with a specified thickness is formed on the inner face of the fiber-reinforced layer 16. A fiber-reinforced layer 19 is formed on the inner face of the concrete inner layer 18, and a cement layer 20 is formed on the inner face of the fiber-reinforced layer 19 to form the fiber-reinforced layer on the inside of the concrete outer layer. In addition, as the fiber-reinforced layer is formed after the iron reinforcement basket is arranged in the cylindrical form, it is possible to perform continuous molding without stopping the cylindrical form during molding.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-diameter flexible jacking pipe which minimizes bending of its flexible portion at the time of jacking the pipe, and to provide a jacking method which is applicable to the small-diameter flexible jacking pipe in which intra-pipe work cannot be carried out, and facilitates installation work. SOLUTION: The flexible small-diameter jacking pipe is formed of a jacking pipe body 1 and the flexible portion 2, and a rigid pipe 30 is detachably fitted and fixed into the jacking pipe body 1 in an axial direction so as to be astride the flexible portion 2. Thus by inserting the rigid pipe 30 into the jacking pipe body 1 from one end and locating the rigid pipe so as to be astride the flexible portion 2, the rigid pipe can be easily installed in the small-diameter flexible jacking pipe without carrying out the intra-pipe work. Further if the flexible portion 2 is inclined to bend at the time of jacking the pipe, the bending inclination is suppressed by a rigid force of the rigid pipe 30. Furthermore only by drawing the rigid pipe 30 from the one end of the flexible jacking pipe after completion of the propulsion, the former can be easily detached from the latter through simple operation.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jacking excavator which dispenses with post treatment work, eliminates a problem of a narrow installation space for excavation equipment in a skin plate, dispenses with assembling/disassembling work of a steel outer shell to simplify excavation work, and facilitates jacking work of a jacking pipe into the steel outer shell without damaging a water cutoff function.
      SOLUTION: According to the structure of the jacking excavator, an outer diameter of a leading jacking pipe is set smaller than the inner diameter of the steel outer shell, and a thrust bearing flange is removably fixed to the steel outer shell 10, followed by detachably inserting a connecting auxiliary ring 16 having a diameter larger than the outer diameter of the leading jacking pipe between an insertion port 6c formed at a front-end outer peripheral portion of the leading jacking pipe and an accommodation port 10a formed at a rear-end inner peripheral portion of the steel outer shell 10. Therefore when the insertion port and the accommodation port are connected to inner and outer portions of the connection auxiliary ring 16 via water cutoff members 15, 17, respectively, the auxiliary ring is positively interposed between the insertion and accommodation ports without curl of the water cutoff members. Further a clearance is formed between the jacking pipe and the steel outer shell, and therefore even if the steel outer shell undergoes deformation due to external pressure applied thereto, jacking work of the jacking pipe into the steel outer shell is easily and positively achieved.
