    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission control method which can be combined with incoming rejection by inhibiting transmission itself as necessary under such consideration that it used to facilitate countermeasures to annoying call at an incoming side with incoming rejection or the like, and to provide a transmission control method for obtaining different types of results instead of incoming rejection.
      SOLUTION: When transmission from a transmitter is executed in a non-notification mode, the rejection of the transmission is determined based on the communication history of the transmitter. This process is provided by referring to the circumstances of past transmission from the transmitter to the other party of transmission. Any annoying call is prevented at the transmission side.

    • Using a dough prepared by using a material containing at least 50% by weight ratio as dried of a preliminarily gelatinized starch material, a sheet in a predetermined configuration wherein grooves which reach the edge of the sheet are formed on at least one side of the sheet, is formed. The fabricated chips contain a low oil and fat content since baked by an oven, and have no defects in the appearance such as partially raised portions and random blisters since they have the grooves which reach the edge on at least one side.
