摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for a business model which reduces at least a part of a workload for a doctor in general practice who wants to concentrate in a practicing service, by sharing and utilizing an examination instrument, a medical apparatus, a computer system, and an electronic patient chart system required for each doctor, among a plurality of doctors in general practice, and also by integrating the management of recruiting and employing human resources of a nurse, a medical administrator, and a clerk by using the computer system. SOLUTION: The method for implementing a lease business by integrating a medical space, medical equipment and human resources, comprises steps of; inviting a plurality of the doctors in general practice; constituting a system that comprises a medical space, a system to use shared medical facilities, a system for sharing human resources, operating software, and a computer system; and supporting the doctors by providing all services except the medical services practiced by the doctors.
