    • A vehicle comprises a vehicle frame, a prime mover mounted on the vehicle frame, a laterally turnable wheel disposed at one side of the vehicle frame, a pair of drive wheels disposed at the other side of the vehicle frame, a steering operation device, a traveling operation device for setting the traveling speed and direction of the vehicle, and a pair of transmissions for controlling the rotary speed and direction of the respective drive wheels. The transmissions are operationally connected with the steering operation device so as to create a difference of rotary speed between the drive wheels according to operation of the steering operation device. The transmissions are operationally connected with the traveling operation device so as to drive the drive wheels in a common rotary direction from their stationary state according to operation of the traveling operation device. A clutch is interposed between the transmissions so as to connect the drive wheels with each other when the steering operation device is set in a straight traveling position. Based on setting of a switching device for switching the traveling direction of the vehicle between forward and rearward, a reverser decides the rotational direction of the drive wheels.

    • A power transmission apparatus for a working vehicle according to the present invention comprises: substantially symmetrically disposed first and second transaxles each of which includes an input shaft and a housing supporting a single axle; and a working apparatus driving power take-off device including an input member. A gear casing is spanned between the housings of the respective transaxles. A primary drive shaft is disposed in the gear casing so as to be drivingly connected to a prime mover. A traveling drive train is disposed in the gear casing so as to drivingly connect the primary drive shaft to the input shafts of the respective transaxles. A working apparatus drive train is disposed in the gear casing so as to drivingly connect the primary drive shaft to the input member of the working apparatus driving power take-off device.

    • An integrated hydraulic transaxle (IHT) comprises a hydrostatic transmission (HST), an axle driven by the HST, and a housing incorporating the HST and the axle. The HST includes a variable displacement hydraulic pump driven by a prime mover, and a hydraulic motor fluidly connected to the hydraulic pump. The hydraulic pump has a trunnion type movable swash plate. The internal displacement of the hydraulic motor is larger than the internal displacement of the hydraulic pump so as to increase the hydraulic deceleration activity of the HST. In the IHT, a mechanical deceleration drive train is interposed between the hydraulic motor and the axle. The mechanical deceleration activity of the mechanical deceleration drive train is reduced so far as the increase of the hydraulic deceleration activity of the HST.

    • A multi-wheel vehicle provided with at least six running wheels, that is, a pair of first running wheels serving as driving wheels, a pair of second running wheels such as castors disposed before or behind said pair of first running wheels so as to be laterally turned in the traveling direction of said vehicle, and a pair of third running wheels disposed before or behind said first running wheels. The transmission applies composite force of first equal rotational forces in the same directions and second equal rotational forces in opposite directions onto said pair of first running wheels.
