摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate energy without necessitating energy resource by providing rotary energy by converting centrifugal force into driving force of the rotary direction. SOLUTION: When a rotor is accelerated, a end axial core rotor 4 in a longitudinal rod 1 is moved to an outside (an arrow direction) around an end axial core 3 when rotating speed is increased by action of gavitational force while the longitudinal rod 1 falls down, and the longitudinal rod 1 is rotated around a center shaft 2 with centrifugal force of the end axial core rotor 4 by rubber or a spring 5. Since centrifugal force is increased by gavitational force, the rubber or the spring 5 is extended so as to obtain rotary energy by F×S. When the rotor 5 is decelerated, the end axial core rotor 4 is positioned on a position of a real body of the longitudinal rod 1 by a stopper 6. At this time, deceleration is not carried out by centrifugal force since the rubber or the spring 5 is not operated, and thereby, the rotor is continuously rotated.

SOLUTION: Since a centrifugal bar 5 is strong pressed out diagonally down, outward and forward in lowering, centrifugal force is made as torque to act on a long thin bar 1. When the rotational speed is increased, a stopper 7 is provided on the specified position, and objects having the same shape and the same mass as the centrifugal bar and the stopper 7 are provided as a fixed bar 6 and the stopper 7 in the symmetric positions on the opposite side to the central shaft of the stopper 7, and therefore, the moment of inertia is decreased as the rotational speed is increased, and the rotational body is easily rotated. A motor driving source or a power generating source is obtained by making use of the torque of the rotational body and the number of revolutions.

At this time, since the rubber or the spring is not operated, the speed is not decreased by centrifugal force. A motor driving source or a power generating source can be obtained by making use of the difference between the action and inaction of centrifugal force.

CONSTITUTION:The sewing line 2 of the right and left upper collar halves is drawn from an origin 0' to a length corresponding to the width of the upper collar width in expanded state. Additional lines such as lines 3 for edge, a line 4 for the notching length of upper collar and a line 6 for the positioning of the sewing line of shoulder are drawn and further a back neck line 8 is drawn to complete a copying pattern. Separately, the sewing line 5 for shoulder, its extension line 9, a folding line 11 for lapel, its extension line 12 and an upper collar notching line 14 on the gorge line 13 of the lapel are drawn to prepare a pattern to be copied. The pattern to be copied is placed on the copying pattern and the cross points are tied with a curved line to form the neck line 15 and the edge line 17 for forming a pattern. A base collar and the front collar are prepared by using the pattern and the part of the collar stand 20 surrounded by the fold line 16, neck line 15, back neck line 8 and the right and left sewing lines 2 is stretched to obtain an upper collar having ground collar and front collar fitting with each other.
