    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently manufacture a single leaf of plastic film by preventing the electrification of the plastic film in the process of punching the laminated body of the single leaf of plastic film.
      SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a punched plastic film is provided as follows: one or two or more of punching blades in a punched outline shape are provided to a press table; a through-hole smaller than the dimension of the punched outline shape and substantially similar in shape is provided in the opposite position of a press upper plate opposite of the position of the punching blade; multi-laminated plastic films are placed on the press table of the press machine having the press upper plate where the through-hole is closed by a cloth of natural fiber larger than the area of the through-hole and having an outline shape smaller than the punched outline shape, and then the press upper plate is lowered; and thereby many leaves of plastic films are collected from the inside of the punching blade.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a used paper recovering bag in which a bag shape having a rectangular bottom part is formed when the used paper is stored, the bag is cut at some perforations arranged at the bag after storing the used paper, a cross-shaped binding tape is formed at a side surface of the bag, the used paper is bundled with the tape, as a result, the used paper can be easily bundled with a rope without any troublesome operation. SOLUTION: There is provided a used paper recovering bag made of plastic film where a rectangular bottom surface is formed when the used paper is stored, wherein the bag is provided with a paper cylinder contacted with inner walls inside the bag of plastic film and reaching from the bag bottom surface to an intermediate segment in a height direction of the bag, there are provided a plurality of perforations ranging from the bag upper edges of plastic film to the bag bottom surface or near its part, the bag is cut at the perforations after the used papers are stored, thereby a tape for binding the stored used paper is formed at the side surface of the bag.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste paper recovery bag having excellent strength and shape keeping capability, having a bag-like shape with a rectangular bottom face in storing waste paper and showing a cross-shaped tape shape for binding the waste paper on each side surface of the bag when cut along perforations formed thereon after the waste paper is stored therein. SOLUTION: This waste paper recovery bag is made of a film layered body, and has gusset parts on both its side edges. The lower edges of the bag are welded on the lower edge welding lines. Each couple of a gazette part film layered body and a bag surface film layered body are welded together on slant welding lines reaching both the side edges of the bag from the lower edges of the bag. A pair of linear perforations are formed to pierce the respective two sheets of the bag surface film layered body and the gasset part film layered body and reaching the lower edge of the bag from the upper edge of the bag. Four sets of perforations reaching the bottom face of the bag from the upper edges of the bag in storing the waste paper are formed at the four corners. When the bag is cut along the perforations, the remaining film layered body is formed into a cross-shaped tape shape for binding the stored waste paper.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste paper recovery bag which is formed in a bag-shape when waste papers are stored and in an easily bound condition of waste papers by a string after the waste papers are stored, and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: In the plastic film waste paper recovery bag with a rectangular bottom surface formed when waste papers are stored, four sets of perforations reaching the bottom surface from an upper edge of the bag are formed at four corners of the bag, and a tape to bind the stored waste papers is formed on a side surface of the bag by cutting the perforations. The manufacturing method of the waste paper recovery bag comprises the processes of: (1) a strip- like film having a V-shaped gusset part is formed on both side edges of a tubular film, (2) two perforations penetrating the surface film and the gusset part film are formed in the longitudinal direction of the strip-like film, (3) one surface film and the gusset part film are welded to each other in a V-shape using a heat-bonding blade, (4) the films are welded by two welding lines parallel to the width direction of the strip-like film at an upper end of the V-shaped welding line, and (5) the film is cut so that the V-shaped welding line forms a bottom part of the bag.
