    • Disclosed is a method for simulating an operation of an event driven logic circuit in response to changes of the signal status of each terminal of all the elements in the logical circuit, based on event data each containing event time indicating when the signal status has changed, status change indicating how the status has changed, an element identifier identifying the element, and a terminal identifier identifying the terminal, the method comprising a simulation time output step for outputting data indicating simulation time which is continuously counted up; a first selection step for selecting the event data whose event time is equal to the simulation time; a second selection step for selecting the event data whose event time is earliest among event data present for all the input terminals of the element corresponding to the event data; a simulation step for generating new event data depending on a change of the signal status of the output terminal of the element corresponding to the event data, based on the event data selected by each selection step; and a control step for suspending the operation in the second selection step based on the event data selected by the second selection step, the suspension being exercised separately for each element.

    • A heating device includes a main body with an opening, a magnetron for generating electromagnetic waves for heating, a door for putting in and taking out an object to be heated, a reader, and a barrier. The magnetron emits electromagnetic waves into the main body. The door covers the opening of the main body. The reader reads information contained in a wireless IC tag attached to the object to be heated. The barrier acts a shield for the reader from the electromagnetic waves emitted by the magnetron when the door is closed, and the shield is broken when the door is opened.

    • It is an object of the present invention to desirably induce a user's gaze onto a keyboard or numeral buttons when data is directly inputted from the keyboard or the numeral buttons. In order to attain this object, a data input apparatus 10 according to the present invention includes: a first operating means 1 for directly inputting at least either of numerical data and character data; a second operating means 2 for executing an operation except a direct input of numerical data and character data; and an inducing means 5 for inducing a user's gaze onto the first operating means by having a blinking operation accompanied when a data input is started by the first operating means. When a data input is started by the first operating means 1, the inducing means 5 blinks on and off an induction mark 3c which expresses the shape of the first operating means 1 and the direction in which the first operating means 1 is located.
