    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a washing cycle by quickly taking the material to be washed into a washing tack and quickly taking the material from the washing tank, to facilitate maintenance work and also to reduce a production cost by miniaturizing a washing device main body, moreover, to facilitate the mainte nance work in the washing tank and to enable the washing stage to easily be combined with other treating stage. SOLUTION: The washing tank is formed so as to surround the laundry retained by a clamp device by allowing a pair of movable walls 4 disposed in freely vertically movable state in the washing device main body 1 so as to fall along a guide groove 8 constituted with a first guide groove 8a and a second guide groove 8b by an elevating drive cylinder 9. Moreover, the material to be washed is immersed in washing liquid S supplied into the washing tank from a washing liquid storage tank 25 disposed above the washing tank, and the material to be washed is washed by spraying the washing liquid from a washing nozzle while rotating the material to be washed in the washing liquid. The washing liquid overflowing during washing or the washing liquid after washing is discharged to a contaminated liquid tank 43 provided at the lower part of the washing tank and treated there.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving device for a carrying truck, simple in structure, capable of enhancing stopping accuracy, and of making its running smooth, and its workability excellent. SOLUTION: One and the other supporting mechanisms 21 and 21' of a driving device main body 20 are spaced as specified so as to be disposed along the running direction of a carrying truck. Both the supporting mechanisms 21 and 21' are formed out of connecting fittings 24 and 24' over their basements 23 and 23', and of springs 27 and 27' energizing the connecting fittings 24 and 24' upward. A link bar 29 suspended by the connecting fittings 24 and 24' of the supporting mechanisms 21 and 21' is provided with a driving pulley 35 on which a driving belt is laid, and with a driven pulley 37. The carrying truck is run by bringing a rotating driving belt 39 into contact with the carrying truck. When the carrying truck is brought to a standstill with its brake applied, if the driving belt 39 is pulled out because the bogie is moved by inertia, the link bar 29 is pushed upward, and friction force between the truck and the driving belt 39 is thereby increased, so that the truck is certainly brought to a standstill.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a temporary fastening device main body structure, for reducing an expense while eliminating complexity of a maintenance operation and, also for avoiding deformation of a bending part of a work. SOLUTION: In this temporary fastening device for temporarily fastening other work piece W2 to one work piece W1, a fixed work piece receiver 24 is fastened to an upper part of a body frame 22 of the temporary fastening device body 21 and, a movable pressing member 26 is fastenly installed to a top part of a movable arm 25 supported to the body frame 22 rotatably. Also, a spring 33 is installed at a bottom part of the movable arm 25 for energizing the movable arm 25 upward and, one side of a link 40 is connected to the middle part of the movable arm 25. The other side of the link 40 is connected to a piston rod 34a of a pressing cylinder 34 being installed to the body frame 22. Also, a movable stopper pin 43 being fixed to the link 40 by arranging a fixed stopper 42 is abutted to the body frame 22 for positioning the fixed work piece receiver 24 and the movable pressing member 26 opposingly.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a gripping device having a simple structure, being inexpensive, capable of being attached to a robot, and capable of securely gripping an article to be gripped, which is attached to an article to be carried (positioning jig). SOLUTION: On a gripping device body 1 attached to a robot arm, a pair of gripping members 3 shaped in thick plates is oppositely provided. On each opposite surface of the pair of gripping members 3, a gripping grooves 4 generally formed in an inverted truncated pyramid for positioning, which are tilted so as to close each other from an upper part to a lower part, are provided. On the other hand, a part to be gripped comprising a tilt positioning surface on an article to be gripped of a positioning jig is formed, which are gripped with the gripping device body 1. When the positioning jig is transported, the article to be gripped is engaged with the gripping members 3, and the gripping device body 1 is lifted by a robot, so that the article to be gripped is closely engaged with the gripping members 3 because of the weight of the positioning jig itself, and consequently, the positioning jig is positioned in an exceedingly precise pose at a designated position to be transported.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning device which has a simple structure and can easily cope with the change in the shape of the subject to be cleaned, a cleaning chamber of which is simplified for making the maintenance easy and which keeps high cleaning precision even when the subject to be cleaned has a complicated shape. SOLUTION: A rotary unit 6 for clamping and rotating the subject W to be cleaned is provided in the cleaning chamber 2 of the cleaning device body 1. A pair of movable walls 8 is disposed to be freely elevated and lowered in the upper part of the unit 6 to surround the unit 6 and form a cleaning tank. A cleaning nozzle 35 is arranged between the walls 8 so that the ejecting port of a nozzle 35 is immersed in a cleaning liquid S with which the cleaning tank is filled. An air blowing nozzle 42b is attached adjacently to the chamber 2 to be freely elevated and lowered for ejecting air toward the subject W after cleaned. A conveyor 48 is arranged in the lower part of the chamber 2 for taking the subject W in the chamber 2 and carrying out the subject W cleaned and dried by blowing air through a taking in/carrying out port 3 of the subject to be cleaned. A dirt liquid chute 46 is arranged aslant in the lower part of the chamber 2.
