摘要： A food packaging and cooking container with a pressure control valve (24) is disclosed. The container of this invention is designed to allow a user to easily and simply cook packaged food without breaking the seal of the packaging container or moving the food from the packaging container into another cooking container. The pressure control valve is attached to the upper sheet of the container body at a position around a hole (22), thus normally closing the hole and selectively opening the hole when an interior pressure of the container body is increased up to a predetermined reference level while cooking, thus appropriately controlling the interior pressure of the external container body. This pressure control valve consists of a flexible sheet (26) with an adhesive layer (28) formed on one surface of the flexible sheet. The flexible sheet of the pressure control valve is attached to the upper sheet (18) of the external container body at the adhesive layer. An adhesive-free area (30) is remained at the central portion of the surface of the flexible sheet having the adhesive layer so as to normally cover the hole of the upper sheet of the container body.

The composite sheet is pressed in the cold mold between the mold inserts to flow form and then cool the part. The mold inserts keep the surfaces of the composite sheet hot during the forming process, thereby enabling the matrix resin to flow and form smooth surfaces.

The insulation layer includes multiple layers of a polyimide resin one of which layers includes glass micro spheres for decreasing the thermal conductivity to increase its insulation property and for decreasing the coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE) of the insulation to more closely match the core CTE to further preclude delamination in the presence of temperature excursions.

摘要： Disclosed herein is an apparatus and method for manufacturing an optical film having superior optical characteristics. The optical film has a smooth surface and superior optical characteristics and can be used as a protective film for an interior component of LCD or an optical storage media, such as DVD, which employs a blue-ray. The apparatus comprises an extruder to compress and discharge a molten resin, a die provided to the extruder to determine a thickness of the resin extruding through the die, a flexible band to which the resin extruding through the die is applied, and a calender roll or a flexible compression band disposed on a path conveying the resin applied to the flexible band to compress the air contact surface of the resin. The method manufactures the optical film by using the apparatus.

摘要： A method and system for decreasing the concentration of at least one metal in an aqueous solution. The metal may be molybdenum, tungsten, or both. The method may be used for purifying water, for the refining of metals, or to facilitate a chemical analytical determination.
