    • A security application for granting different access rights to web pages and objects on each web page is disclosed. A data table assigns one or more function identifiers (FIDs) to users. A second data table assigns a different object identifier (OID) to each web page, and to assign a different OID for each object on each web page. A third data table assigns an FID to each OID. When a user attempts to access a web page or an object on the web page, a web server compares each of the user's FIDs to the FID assigned to the web page or object. The web server grants access to the web page or object if one of the user's FIDs matches the FID assigned to the web page or object, the user is granted access to the web page or object according to the function of the matched FID.

    • The invention relates to a support for holding open a bag, in particular a plastic material rubbish bag. The support comprises a hoop and a plurality of clips spaced equidistantly around the hoop. The hoop defines an opening through which the open bag may be inserted with the opening of the bag being clipped to the clips. The hoop thereby supports the bag so that the bag hangs through the opening when the hoop is raised. The hoop has a circular cross-section, with each clip being spring-biased to conform to the hoop, so that the bag is pinched between the clip and the hoop. When the bag hangs from the support, the weight of the bag bears on each clip to pinch the bag tighter in each clip.

    • The present invention provides for a garment hanging apparatus. The apparatus enables users to hang small-necked garments from a hanger while minimizing stretch damage to the garment. A hook element 100 is provided for supporting the garment hanger from a conventional clothes rod. A base element 102 is interconnected with the hook element 100, and serves as an anchor for the hook element 100. The base element 102 provides a pivotal base for supporting a first pivoting arm 104, and a second pivoting arm 106 which are rotatably joined together at the supporting base 102 by a pin 108.
