    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connection structure of a hose which can connect a connector to a connection socket or separate the connector from the connection socket through single touch action. SOLUTION: In the connector 20, a fitting part 21 to be inserted in the hose 10 is formed at one end, an airtightness retaining part 23 including a plurality of packing grooves 24, is formed at the other end, and an operating part 26 is formed between the airtightness retaining part and the fitting part. In the connection socket 30, a support section 31 having a connection hole 31A into which the airtightness retaining part is inserted, is formed at one end, and a connecting section 34 is formed at the other end. The connecting section 34 is formed therein with an airtight surface 35 with which a packing 40 for airtightness is made into close contact by a tightening member 50, and is provided with threads 36 on its inner peripheral surface. The support section includes engagement steps projecting inwardly at an inlet side of the support section. An operating means 60 is installed on the operating part so as to connect the connector to the connection socket 30 or to separate the connector from the connection socket.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To disclose a connecting holder device for a faucet and a water supply hose for connecting the water supply hose to the faucet. SOLUTION: A faucet connector includes a connecting pipe for being connected to the faucet by a fixing nut. An operating means is installed on the outer peripheral face of the connector. The operating means includes a sleeve, a falling-off preventing device, and the connector. The sleeve is installed movably in the axial direction of the connecting pipe. The falling-off preventing device is installed detachably on the outer periphery of the connecting pipe as it moves with the sleeve. The connector is installed to restrict the movement of the sleeve within a predetermined distance to prevent falling off. A spring is installed to elastically support the operating means in the axial direction of the connecting pipe. A fixing device is installed on the outside of the operating means. On the outside of the operating means, the spring, and the fixing device, the connector for accommodating the above is connected. An engagement groove is formed on the inside of the connector for preventing falling off of the operating means. A first packing is inserted into the inner part of the connector.     • According to the present invention, a substrate processing apparatus comprises: a chamber having an internal space; a substrate support unit which is arranged within the chamber and on which the substrate is seated; a shower head which opposes the substrate support unit to spray a material toward the substrate, and which is grounded; and a connection member one end of which is connected to the shower head and the other end of which is connected to an inner wall of the chamber, and which electrically interconnects the inner wall of the chamber and the shower head to expand the grounding region within the chamber. According to the embodiments of the present invention, the connection member is installed such that one end of the connection member is connected to the shower head and the other end of the connection member is connected to the inner wall of the chamber so as to electrically interconnect the inner wall of the chamber and the shower head, thereby expanding the grounding region as compared with conventional apparatuses. Thus, the energy of ions moving toward the substrate increases according to the increase in the direct current (DC) self bias applied to the substrate support unit. Consequently, the acceleration of ions moving toward the substrate and the energy of ions colliding with the substrate both increase, thereby improving the density and etch resistance of a thin film formed on the substrate.

    • The present invention relates to a movable and semi-submerged power generator using a waterwheel turbine, which can easily be moved to a location where a flow of a fluid occurs, prevents movement by current of water due to being a semi-submerged type, and efficiently produces energy by means of a flow rate control and cutoff of the fluid and expansibility of the turbine. The power generator comprises: an upper structure having first and second structures including first and second balancing tanks and first and second machine rooms; a lower structure disposed on the lower portion of the upper structure and including a fluid flowing hole, a first round, and a fluid guide hole through which the fluid can flow; a turbine rotated by the movement of the fluid; an energy generation means for producing electricity by the turbine; and a fixing means. Thus, the power generator is floatable and movable on water so as to be moved to and installed in various locations. The first and second balancing tanks are filled with the fluid such that the power generator can be semi-submerged, and the height of the turbine is disposed at a position so that a shaft can be placed above the water surface such that the turbine is smoothly rotated, while preventing shaking by waving of the fluid and turning of the power generator, thereby improving energy production efficiency. Also, the fluid under the water surface is guided in a direction capable of operating the turbine while maximally preventing disruption to the flow of the fluid moving to the turbine through the first round of the lower structure, thereby improving energy production efficiency.
