    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing an odorless concentrated placenta extract from a placental tissue of a mammal.
      SOLUTION: The method includes the step of inserting a placenta obtained through a pretreatment including removal of blood, dirt, and stinky part from a normal delivery placenta of a mammal and 0.2-2 wt.% of an enzyme containing a protease based on the weight of the pretreated placenta, into a flexible bag, and vacuum-packaging the content; the extraction step of keeping the vacuum-packaged bag for 1-3 days under a pressure of not less than 50 MPa and less than 200 MPa at a temperature controlled to optimum the temperature of the protease-containing enzyme within the range of 20-50°C; and the solid-liquid separation step of separating a placenta extract stock solution from the content of the bag.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a miniaturized sterilizer allowing a spray cylinder to be easily changed, easily regulating the spray amount, notifying a user of the time to change the spray cylinder in advance, and being easily set anywhere. SOLUTION: The sterilizer is composed of means including: a cylinder holding part for holding the inverted spray cylinder with a spray push-button abutting to a fixing part; a driving means for spraying sterilizing liquid within the spray cylinder by pushing the bottom of the spray cylinder to press the spray push-button; sensors disposed above and below the spray space; and a control part. Firstly, the control part sets or changes the time to operate a motor as a drive source of the driving means based on a program. Secondly, the control part actuates the motor for the set time only and releases a motor brake after the actuation of the motor. Thirdly, the control part calculates the remaining number of times of use before the time to change the cylinder based on the cumulative number of times of use or the cumulative actuation time of the motor.
