    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problems: a pull-out-direction anchoring force is weak because an inner surface of a blockout trace is a flat surface or a curved surface using a cylinder, in a pull-out direction, in the case of blockout in a conventional construction method for the mounting of an anchor; and a means and a method, which enable irregularities to be simply formed on the inner surface of concrete of the blockout trace and which simplify blockout operations, are important so as to increase pull-out strength.
      SOLUTION: The irregularities are formed in a direction perpendicular to the pull-out direction of the anchor, on the inner surface of an opening portion undergoing the blockout. Thus, mortar infilled and fixed in the opening portion is caught in the irregular portions of the concrete; the force of anchoring the anchor to the concrete is increased; and the mortar is not pulled out as a mass. In the blockout operations, only a tube can be separated and pulled out in a state in which a sheet is left, so that only the sheet can be separated from the concrete; only soft objects are removed to dispense with the separation of hard paper; and operations after the placement of the concrete are simplified.
