摘要： A compound useful as an active ingredient of a pharmaceutical composition for treatment of cancer related to activation of immune cells or cancer having resistance to anti-PD-1 antibody / anti-PD-Ll antibody therapy is provided.The present inventors have conducted studies on a compound useful as an active ingredient of a pharmaceutical composition for treatment of cancer related to activation of immune cells or cancer having resistance to anti-PD-1 antibody / anti-PD-Ll antibody therapy, and found that a pyridazinyl-thiazolecarboxamide compound has DGK ξ (DGKzeta) inhibitory effect, leading to completion of the present invention. The pyridazinyl-thiazolecarboxamide compound of the present invention has DGK ξ inhibitory effect, and can be used as a therapeutic agent for treatment of cancer related to activation of immune cells or cancer having resistance to anti-PD-1 antibody / anti-PD-Ll antibody therapy.

摘要： A sliding drive apparatus includes: a housing; a cable; a drum arranged to wind the cable to open and close the driven member; a motor arranged to drive the drum; a tensioner supported by the housing, and arranged to provide a tensioning force to the cable,to be switched from a first state that an urging force of a spring is stored, and to a second state that the urging force of the spring is released, to be moved between a first position that the tensioner does not provide the tensioning force to the cable, and a second position that the tensioner provides the initial tensioning force is provided to the cable when the tensioner is in the first state, and to be switched to the second state by fixing in the second position, and to provide the tensioning force to the cable by the urging force of the spring.

摘要： A powered step device of a vehicle comprises a base member that is adapted to be connected to a vehicle body; a pivoting mechanism held by the base member, the pivoting mechanism being horizontally movable between a first position wherein a given part thereof takes a retracted position relative to the base member and a second position wherein the given part takes a projected position relative to the base member; a step plate connected to the given part of the pivoting mechanism, so that the first and second positions of the pivoting mechanism induce retracted and projected positions of the step plate relative to the base member; and an electric actuator that moves the pivoting mechanism with electric power. The powered step device further comprises a guard member that is fixed to the base member in a manner to cover and protect the pivoting mechanism.
