摘要： An air cylinder 8, pivotally carried at 7 proximate the front end of a dental chair, when extended moves a legrest frame 4 and an extension frame 11 to an extended position through a linkage mechanism including three pairs of linkage arms 21, 23, and 26. Each linkage arm 21 is pivotally connected to seat 1 at one end, and to a linkage arm 23 at the other. Linkage arms 23 are pivotally carried by a sub-frame 6, connected to and movable by cylinder 8, and are each pivotally connected at their other ends to linkage arm 26 pivotally carried by frame 11. The arrangement and sizing of linkage arms 21, 23 and 26 and their pivotal connection to each other and frames 6 and 11 is such that extension frame 11 when extended moves slowly at first and then more rapidly. A spring roller 16, tension belt 17 and sheet 18 cooperate with extension 11 to retract same.

When performing a data download communication (e.g., MBMS communication mode) using a multicast, a distribution managing apparatus (102) produces and broadcasts an MBMS communication mode initiation instructing signal to each of mobile terminal apparatuses (104). In response to the MBMS communication mode initiation instructing signal, the mobile terminal apparatus (104) stops another currently running application program and initiates the MBMS communication mode. In this way, the mobile terminal apparatus (104) can use sufficient resources to execute a multicast data download communication mode, so that it can receive the broadcasted contents without fail.

摘要： A chair for human dental or medical treatment and having an improved adjustable headrest support. The chair features a flat curved linear strip member which extends between the headrest and the main frame of the chair. The strip member is guided by at least one, and preferably two pairs of opposed cylindrical guide rollers which contiguously straddle the strip member, so as to guide the motion of the strip member along its longitudinal axis, as it is displaced along its axis and towards or away from the frame, typically by a hydraulic mechanism. This makes possible vertical direction of movement of the strip member. The hydraulic mechanism, or two mechanisms in tandem, are a pivoted floating mounting for the strip member which facilitates ready adjustment of the headrest support relative to the main frame and seat of the chair. At least one tension spring is provided to produce smooth backdown of the piston plunger and piston head when hydraulic fluid pressure in the cylinder is reduced. The uses for the present chair and integral headrest configuration include human dental, medical, beauty parlor, and barber shop treatment facilities and installations.
