摘要： A low odor environmentally-friendly nano-pigment inkjet ink composition has good storage stability, inkjet stability, and good print quality. The printhead nozzles are not easily clogged by such an inkjet ink composition. The printed image has high gloss, scratch resistance, and weather resistance. The inkjet ink composition using low toxic and low odor raw material has a high flash point, and has high security to human health and environment. The inkjet ink composition can meet both the environmental requirement and the print quality requirement. The inkjet ink composition includes 1-10% of N-ethyl pyrrolidone, 1-20% propylene carbonate, 50-80% glycol ether solvent, pigment, dispersant, resin, plasticizer, surfactant, and cyclic tertiary amine compound as an acidity regulator.

摘要： An environmental-friendly and solvent-based inkjet ink composition particularly well suited for use in an inkjet printer is provided. The inkjet ink composition includes a food-grade solvent that has a relatively high polarity, a dye or a pigment, a resin, a surfactant, a homogenizer, an emulsifier, a wetting agent, and an UV absorber. More specifically, a biodegradable food-grade solvent that has relatively high polarityc, a low-volatile and low-toxic polypropylene glycol monoalkyl ether homogenizer, a low-toxic glycol ether emulsifier, a high-boiling polyethylene glycol ether solvent, a fruit-smelling acetoacetate solvent, a food-grade scratch-resistant PVC resin, a weather-resistant acrylic resin, an UV absorber, and a non-harmful surfactant containing silicon or not containing silicon are used in the inkjet ink composition of the present invention.

The low-toxic, non-pungent, and high-boiling polyethylene glycol ether solvent, the fruit smelling acetoacetate solvent, the food grade resin, and the non-harmful additives containing silicon are used in the inkjet ink composition. Such an inkjet ink composition has excellent humectancy, high printing resolution, and has very good adhesion to a wide variety of substrates when applied in printing. Also, the inkjet ink composition is non-pungent, environmental-friendly and found no harmful to human bodies.

摘要： A nano-pigment inkjet ink composition that has a low odor and is environmentally-friendly includes, based on total weight of the inkjet ink composition, from 1 to 10 percent by weight of N-ethyl pyrrolidone; from 1 to 20 percent by weight of propylene carbonate; from 50 to 80 percent by weight of a glycol ether solvent; a pigment that is a nano-pigment having a nano-particle size; a dispersant; a resin; a plasticizer; a surfactant; and from 0.1 to 3.0 percent by weight of an acidity regulator that is at least one cyclic tertiary amine compound. This inkjet ink composition meets both environmental and print quality requirements. The composition has a high flash point and includes raw materials having low toxicity and low odor. It has good storage stability, inkjet stability, and good print quality. Printhead nozzles are not easily clogged. The printed image has high gloss, scratch resistance, and weather resistance.

摘要： A quick-drying and coating-free inkjet ink composition is provided, including a solvent, a colorant, a resin, a plasticizer, and a surfactant. The solvent is selected from the group consisting of aliphatic alcohols, alcohol ketones, ethylene glycol ethers, and propylene glycol ethers, and all have more than two carbon atoms in a molecule. The colorant is dissolved or dispersed in the solvent, and the amount of the colorant is 0.1 to 20% by weight of the total weight of the composition. The resin is used to adjust the viscosity of the inkjet ink composition, and the weight ratio of the resin to the colorant is 0.5:1 to 5:1. The plasticizer is used to increase redissolution of the resin, and the weight ratio of the plasticizer to the resin is 0.01:1 to 5:1. The amount of the surfactant is 0.01 to 2.0% by weight of the total weight of the composition.
