摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for removing pollutants from turbid sewage to purify the sewage.
SOLUTION: A bypass passage for reintroducing the turbid sewage, delivered from the pump, into the suction side of the pump exists in the region of a pump 1 for sucking the turbid sewage. A coagulant fed from a storage tank 3 is mixed with the turbid sewage in a coagulant mixer 2 in the bypass passage. On the delivery side of the pump, two or more loop agitators 5 each having two or more branch passages from the inflow port into which the turbid sewage flows to the opposite outflow port are connected in series so that the outflow port of the upstream agitator is connected to the inflow port of the adjacent downstream agitator. The coagulant-containing turbid sewage is introduced into the inflow port of the upstream agitator, and separated at a branch part in the vicinity of the inflow port to pass through the bypass passages. Subsequently the separated turbid sewages are joined at a junction port in the vicinity of the outflow port to be introduced into the downstream agitator. At least one cyclone separator for solid-liquid separation is installed on the downstream side of the most downstream agitator.

SOLUTION: The apparatus for treating the sewage has a structure to purify the turbid sewage by including a flocculant inside a flocculant inclusion device 13 in a by-pass flow path which is present at a pump 5 part sucking the turbid sewage, connecting two loop-like agitators 9 or more having two branch flow paths or more in which the turbid sewage flows from an inflow port to an outflow port positioned oppositely in series in a state of connecting the outflow port of the agitator on the adjacent upstream side with the inflow port of the agitator on the downstream side on the delivery side of the pump, diverting the turbid sewage containing the flocculant at the branch part on the inflow side of the agitator on the upstream side, after it flow through each branch path, making confluence at the branch part to conduct to the agitator on the downstream side, further transferring a liquid separated by a solid-liquid separator 10 provided on the downstream side of the agitator on the most downstream side to a suspended dust removal part, and transferring from a tank on the upstream side to a tank on the downstream side through an overflow pipe 28.

摘要： A liquid jet head has a nozzle plate with nozzle holes for ejecting a liquid. A wall portion surrounding the nozzle plate has an opening opposed to the nozzle holes. An opening and closing mechanism is configured in an open state to open the opening of the wall portion to expose the nozzle holes to an exterior of the head, and in a closed state to close the opening of the wall portion to form a closed space between the wall portion and the nozzle plate. A suction flow path has on one end side a suction port opening below the nozzle holes, and another end side is connected to a suction portion that evacuates the closed space to convert the closed space to a negative pressure chamber, thereby supplying the liquid to the nozzle holes. An atmosphere release portion switches between the open and closed states of the mechanism.

摘要： A liquid injection head has a nozzle body having a row of nozzle holes and a nozzle guard that covers the row of nozzle holes. The nozzle guard has a top portion having formed therein a slit opposed to the row of nozzle holes, a sealing portion that seals an area between a peripheral edge of the top portion and the nozzle body, and a suction flow path having a suction port opening below the row of nozzle holes and communicating with a space on an inner side of the nozzle guard. A suction section connected to the suction flow path of the nozzle guard causes the space on the inner side of the nozzle guard to form a negative pressure chamber such that a liquid overflowing into the negative pressure chamber is sucked from the suction port of the suction flow path.
