    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new bearing wall structure having a surface material arranged inside an exterior, which eliminates the need for ventilation furring strips and can enhance reduction in construction time and effort and the freedom in selection of door fittings, while achieving so-called "module-less".
      SOLUTION: The bearing wall structure includes an exterior surface material 7 and the earthquake-proof surface material 4 on the indoor side thereof. A plurality of slits 41 in the vertical direction and a plurality of projected strips 42 in the vertical direction are arranged on the earthquake-proof surface material 4. The earthquake-proof surface material 4, wherein a ventilation part 8 is formed between the earthquake-proof surface material 4 and the exterior surface material 7 in the slit 41 and the exterior surface material 7 is fixed on the earthquake-proof surface material 4 in the projected strip 42, is used in the bearing wall structure.
