摘要： A coordinate input device includes an operation unit that is provided so as to be operated, strain sensors that output data corresponding to an operation amount of the operation unit, and a control unit. The control unit performs the count corresponding to the increase or decrease of speed data that is obtained by converting data sequentially output from the strain sensors, and generates counted count values or coordinate data calculated from the count values. The control unit calculates a moving average value from the count values that are sequentially output every predetermined time. When the moving average value satisfies predetermined conditions, the control unit regards that the operation of the operation unit is cancelled, and stops the output of the coordinate data or outputs 0 as the count value.

摘要： A capacitive input pad is provided at a position near input keys constituting a keyboard input unit. A left palm detecting unit and a right palm detecting unit are provided both sides of this input pad. When the left palm detecting unit and the right palm detecting unit detect both palms, an input operation, corresponding to a space key input area, an L-key input portion, or an R-key input portion, is performed through an operation of the input pad. When the left palm detecting unit and the right palm detecting unit do not detect both palms, a coordinate input operation is performed using the input pad.

摘要： A pad type input device is provided. The pad type input device includes an operation surface which includes a scroll area operated by an operation body. A detector is operative to detect a touch position of the operation body placed on the operation surface as positional information on a coordinate plane. A data processor is operative to acquire an operation signal obtained by the detector to perform a predetermined process. The data processor outputs a scroll signal that moves display contents in a predetermined scroll direction when the operation body placed on the scroll area is in a stop state where the operation body does not move, even after a predetermined time elapses.

摘要： A conductive paste for forming via-holes in a ceramic substrate, which paste contains about 80-94 wt. % spherical or granular conductive metal powder having a particle size of about 0.1-50 .mu.m, 1-10 wt. % resin powder which swells in a solvent contained in the conductive paste and has a particle size of about 0.1-40 .mu.m, and about 5-19 wt. % an organic vehicle. The paste hardly generates cracks during firing to thereby attain excellent reliability in electric conduction and which can provide a via-hole or through hole having excellent solderability and platability. A method for producing a ceramic substrate making use of the paste is also disclosed.

摘要： Provided is an electroconductive paste for forming via-holes through ceramic substrates, and a method for producing ceramic substrates using the paste. The via-holes formed with the paste crack little during baking, and have high electric reliability and good solderability and platability. The paste comprises from about 80 to 93% by weight of a spherical or granular electroconductive metal powder having a grain size range of between about 0.1 and 50 .mu.m, from about 2 to 10% by weight of an insoluble resin powder having a grain size range of between about 0.1 and 50 .mu.m, and from about 5 to 18% by weight of an organic vehicle. The via-holes 2 formed through a ceramic green sheet 1 are filled with the paste 1, and a plurality of those ceramic green sheets 1 are laminated under heat and baked under a predetermined condition to produce a multi-layered ceramic substrate 6.

摘要： In order to form internal conductors of a multilayer ceramic electronic component such as a multilayer ceramic capacitor, copper paste containing copper powder having a mean particle size of 0.3 to 2 .mu.m in a particle size range of 0.1 to 4 .mu.m and ceramic powder having a main component which is common to that of a ceramic material contained in the multilayer ceramic electronic component and being in a particle size range of 0.5 to 8 .mu.m, as well as an organic vehicle and a solvent with the contents of the copper powder and the ceramic powder and the total content of the organic vehicle and the solvent in ranges of 40 to 70 percent by weight, 1 to 15 percent by weight and 25 to 60 percent by weight respectively is applied onto ceramic green sheets. The ceramic green sheets provided with such copper paste films are stacked and fired so that occurrence of voids in the laminate and deformation of the laminate are suppressed in the as-obtained multilayer ceramic electronic component.
