The base frame has front and rear walls to cover front and rear of the main rib and a boss seat with engaging furrows engraved roughly in equally disposed shape around the opening. Moreover, a right and left connecting frame is disposed to sandwich and hold lower side detouringly the boss seats engaging the engaging furrows on right and left boss seats outer sides.
