    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a road map enabling a user to intuitively judge whether there are more uphill slopes or more downhill slopes in the traveling direction.
      SOLUTION: In the road map, the traveling direction is set to a road displayed on a map and the uphill slopes and downhill slopes in the traveling direction are shown in different colors. For example, the traveling direction is set in the map with a start point S and an arrival point, and a gentle uphill slope UP1 is shown in light red, a medium uphill slope UP2 in medium red, and a steep uphill slope UP3 in deep red. At the same time, a gentle downhill slope DW1 is shown in light blue, a medium downhill slope DW2 in medium blue, and a steep downhill slope in deep blue. Thus, the user can intuitively judge whether there are more uphill slopes or more downhill slopes in the traveling direction.

    • PURPOSE: To simplify the structure of a flexible joint, by forming coupling sections at one ends of the flexible joint, and by coupling more than two flexible rod members with the connecting parts of the coupling sections.
      CONSTITUTION: A joint 1 is integrally molded from a suitably pliable material selected from a group consisting of polypropylane, synthetic rubber, soft vinylchloride, etc., and has, in its center section, a connecting section 2 from which six end sections are extended in vertical and horizontal directions through the intermediary of twisting section. Each end section is formed therein with a coupling part 5 to which one end part 4a of rod members 4 are coupled. With this arrangement which has a simple structure and flexible coupling parts at the connecting section, the coupling angle of each rod member 4 may be optionally set.

      SOLUTION: The cleaning implement 1 includes: a body part 2 which is formed of elastic resin and where all the side faces on which the cleaning sheet is wound are cleaning surfaces 2a; and locking means 3 which each locks one and the other ends of the cleaning sheet wound on the body part to the body part. In the cleaning surfaces, a plurality of stepped concaves 2b and relief holes 2c provided within each stepped concave and formed deeper than the stepped concave are formed. Each locking means is composed of: an elastically deformable resin plate member 11 fitted into each stepped concave; and a flap 12 formed in the plate member and locking the cleaning sheet. The relief holes allows entering of the flap and the cleaning sheet when locking the cleaning sheet.

    • A road map is provided which allows a determination to be intuitively rendered whether a course contains an increased number of upward slopes or downward slopes as viewed in the direction of the course. A direction of the course is set up across roads indicated on the map, and upward slopes and downward slopes located along the course are indicated in different colors. For example, the direction of the course is set up on the map by a starting point S and destinations. A gentle upward slope UP1 is indicated by a red color of a low thickness, a medium upward slope UP2 is indicated by a red color of a medium thickness and a sharp upward slope UP3 is indicated by a red color of a high thickness. On the other hand, a gentle downward slope DW1 is indicated by a blue color of a low thickness, a medium downward slope DW2 is indicated by a blue color of a medium thickness and a sharp downward slope DW3 is indicated by a blue color of a high thickness.
