    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air cell cushioning material having a high air-retaining property of an air cell, capable of maintaining a cushioning function for a long period of time, besides having a simple structure, and capable of being manufactured at a low cost.
      SOLUTION: A check valve 10 is formed between an air injection opening 5 and the air cell 6 with an intermediate film 4 inserted between a first film 2 and a second film 3. A meandering passage 11 is formed between the intermediate film 4 and the first film 2 on the check valve 10 by heat sealing. A friction surface 20 is formed on at least one of the inner surfaces of the intermediate film 4 and the first film 2 both forming the inner surface of the meandering passage 11. A coefficient of the static friction of the friction surface 20 is 0.4 to 0.8. A pressing part 16 pressing the intermediate film 4 by air pressure is mounted on the side where the meandering passage 11 is closed by tight contact while the air fills the air cell 6.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an envelope with air cushion (cushion envelope) which is capable of surely protecting packaged articles, while having an air cushion which does not roughen the envelop in a concavo-convex state even if air is fed into an air cushion member (buffer sheet). SOLUTION: The cushion envelope 1 is constituted by inserting the buffer sheet 10 which has a plurality of air chambers 11 provided side by side along the length direction into a square envelope 3 whose one side has an opening section 4. The buffer sheet 10 is formed with an air passage 13 communicating with the plurality of air chambers 11 located at one end in the width direction, and the air passage is formed with an air supply opening 14 at the upper end of the air passage 13. Check valves 15 are disposed at the respective air chambers 11 so that air supplied to the air chambers 11 is not turned back. The fluid passes through the guide passage, the check valve and the narrow passage and is fed into the fluid storing portions to cause the containers at the fluid storing portions to be expanded and at the same time the narrow passage is sealed after the fluid storing portions are expanded.
