    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roll holding device which allows a single operator to efficiently and excellently carry out stretching work of a house wrap to a side surface of a building, and is high in practicality.
      SOLUTION: The roll holding device includes a fixing section 2 for holding a roll 1 which is a drawably wound sheet s, onto a mounting surface a on which the roll is mounted, in a detachable manner, a slide section 3 attached to the fixed section 2 in a vertically slidable manner along the mounting surface a, and at least a pair of upper and lower holders each having an engaging portion of the roll 1, at upper and lower ends of the slide section 3. According to the structure of the roll holding device, the roll 1 is vertically rotatably held by the engaging portions 4 of the mutually pairing holders, and the sheet s is drawn and stretched sideways while the roll 1 is rotated. Herein the holder is comprised of a slide fixing section which can engageably fix sliding movement of the slide section 3 at a predetermined height of the fixing section 2, or can release the fixture.

    • A power supply controller controls the output of a DC/DC converter, so that the power output can be used not only by an electrical power steering apparatus, but by other operating/driving controllers as well. The controller may command the DC/DC converter to reduce the voltage of the high-voltage battery to a prescribed voltage or to boost the voltage of the low-voltage battery to a prescribed voltage when appropriate. In addition, the controller may also command the gradual reduction of the power supplied by the DC/DC converter to the power steering apparatus. The gradual reduction in power prevents a sudden change in the steering feel, which improves drivability of the vehicle.
