    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dead leaf discharge-type water catcher which is for use in a rain gutter arranged at the eaves edge of a roof, and prevents the clogging thereof with dead leaves etc., and the accumulation and deposition of the same.
      SOLUTION: The water catcher is arranged between the eaves gutter of the roof and a down pipe, collects rainwater, dead leaves, etc. falling on the roof, and leads it to the down pipe. The water catcher has a net or a groove for filtering the dead leaves, and a discharge port for discharging the dead leaves out of the water catcher. The net or the groove is preferably curved at a slightly downward pitch from an eaves gutter connection portion to the dead leave discharge port.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a submerged pump unit which materializes stable and effective operation of a submerge pump connected to a water supply source by piping.
      SOLUTION: A submerged pump unit is equipped with a hermetic hollow pump box 10, a submerge pump 20 accommodated in the pump box 10, and an air adjusting valve 30 provided to the pump box 10. The air adjusting valve 30 is equipped with a valve part 32 integrally provided with a first valve 32a and a second valve 32b. The valve part 32 is positioned at the neutral position in which the air adjusting valve 30 is not closed by the first and second valves 32a, 32b when the water level in the water pump 10 is less than a prescribed amount. When the pump box 10 is filled with water, the valve part 32 moves to the outside of the pump box 10 and the air adjusting valve 30 is closed by the first valve 32a. When the submerge pump 20 starts operation, the valve part 32 moves to the inside of the pump box 10 by suction force by the submerge pump 20 and the air adjusting valve is closed by the second valve 32b.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a full automatic waste water reusing device which can reuse bath water as flush water for a flush toilet, can automatically switch feeding of the bath water to a sub-tank for hand-washing water and a water-washing toilet seat, and to a low tank, eliminates pump inoperability at the time of restarting of operation due to inflow of air, when all the bath water is spent, and defective discharge of the waste water caused by air engulfment into the pump, can reuse the bath water in a full automatic manner as long as the bath water exists, is switchable to tap water when the bath water is all spent, small in size, easily mountable to the toilet at low cost.
      SOLUTION: The full automatic waste water reusing device comprises a normally-opened solenoid valve E-2 which functions to feed tap water to the sub-tank for hand-washing water and the water-washing toilet seat, arranged at an upper portion of the low tank 2, after a time lapse of 8 seconds set by a controller C-1. Further the device is comprised of a pump unit 3 equipped with a complex air-conditioning valve, which contributes to elimination of defective discharge caused by air engulfment into the pump. In this manner even if the controller C-1 is not operable at the time of a power failure, by virtue of installation of the normally-opened solenoid valve E-2, the tap water is available at any time.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-waterway ball tap attached to a low tank of a flush toilet or the like, which can make concurrent use of clean water and intermediate water, and which enables both the sanitary supply of clean weater and the efficient supply of intermediate water.
      SOLUTION: The two-waterway ball tap is provided with an intermediate water line and a clean water line, and the first valve 3 for the intermediate water and the first valve 4 for the clean water share a float 5. The opening and closing of the first valve 3 for the intermediate water and the first valve 4 for the clean water is performed simultaneously. A piston 6 is usually positioned to the first valve 3 side for the intermediate water because of the repulsion of a spring 7, and the second valve 4 for the clean water is in an opened state. When the float 5 is lowered and the intermediate water and the clean water are supplied simultaneously, the piston 6 is pushed and released to a discharge opening 13 for the intermediate water by water pressure. Then the second valve 8 for the clean water is closed and the supply of the clean water is stopped. When the intermediate water becomes empty, the piston 6 is returned to the first valve 3 side for the intermediate water because of the repulsion of the spring 7. Then the second valve 4 for the clean water is opened, and the clean water is discharged from a discharge opening 14 for the clean water. When the water level rises to a predetermined level, the float is raised. Thus, the supply of the clean water is stopped, and water supply is completed.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ball tap which uses both clean water and reclaimed water, is mounted to a low tank, and attains sanitary and efficient supply of clean water and reclaimed water.
      SOLUTION: The ball tap using both clean water and reclaimed water comprises connection ports 2, 3, float valves 4, 5, discharge regulating ball valves 7, 8 and discharge ports 9, 10 sequentially in parallel for clean water and reclaimed water respectively. The float valve 4, 5 share one float 6, and open/close valves simultaneously. Two valve rotating shafts of the discharge regulating ball valves 7, 8 are connected at different angles by 90° to attain the rate adjustment of the discharge of clean water and reclaimed water. Further, a hand wash water connection port 11 and an overflow water connection port 12 are provided halfway between the float valve 4 and the discharge regulating ball valves 7 of a clean water line and connectable according to application.
