摘要： PURPOSE:To enhance the quality of straw ash by eliminating the destruction of straw during steam-baking, by receiving a large number of straws in a hermetically closed chamber in a mutually prescribed non-deformable state and heating said chamber from the outside to perform the steam-baking of the straws to prepare straw ash. CONSTITUTION:A base plate 4 is laid in a hermetically closed chamber 1 and prescription plates 6 and a large number of straws 5 are alternately laminated thereon. A numeral 7 is the wt. placed on the uppermost stage prescription plate 6. In this case, each prescription plate 6 may be a thin material such as a metal foil or a light alumina plate. The wt. 7 is no heavy substance and has a wt. not destructing formed straw ash and capable of pressing and energizing each prescription plate 6 to prescribed mutual straws 5. When the hermetically closed chamber 1 is heated in this state, the steam-baking of straws 5 is performed and smoke is exhausted from a vent hole 1H to form straw ash.
