The tasks also may include design tasks, which may be based on information gathered via the survey tasks. The computer system also may associate messages (e.g., e-mails with relevant structured text and/or a task identifier) with at least one of the objects. The computer system also may automatically generate notifications in response to a change in workflow status of at least one of the objects.

Applikationen werden für solche Smartphones entworfen, die Dienstleistungen für alle möglichen Lebensbereiche anbieten. Ein Mobiltelefon oder auch ein Smartphone hat sein Besitzer in der Regel stets bei sich, wenn er das Haus verlässt. Jeder Mensch, der Kinder hat, wird im Laufe der Entwicklung der Kinder einmal oder auch öfters in die Situation kommen, dass durch eine kurze Ablenkung das Kind aus den Augen verloren wird. Das kann in einem Kaufhaus sein genauso wie auf einem Jahrmarkt oder Spielplatz. Die Situation wird dann kritisch, wenn das Elternteil den Verlust bemerkt und zur Suche im Extremfall noch in die entgegengesetzte Richtung zu dem Kind läuft, weil sich bspw. das Kind gerade nicht sichtbar hinter einer Hecke befindet. Stattet man nun das Kind mit einem Armband aus, welches einen Radiochip enthält, der mittels Bluetooth oder einer ähnlichen Nahbereichsfunkübertragung Ortungssignale zu einem Smartphone senden kann, dann kann durch Starten der Suchapplikation auf dem Smartphone der Standort des Kindes bestimmt werden. Detektionsarmband und Smartphone müssen zuvor aufeinander abgestimmt werden, so dass nur die eigenen Kinder erkannt werden.
