摘要： A resin composition having excellent impact resistance and moldability, comprising a polyarylene sulfide (a), a polyolefin (b), and an epoxy alpha -olefin copolymer (c), wherein (1) the proportions of the components are 98 to 50 mass % for the polyarylene sulfide (a), 1 to 25 mass % for the polyolefin (b), and 1 to 25 mass % for the alpha -olefin copolymer (c), (2) the polyolefin (b) is at least one polyethylene resin selected from the group consisting of linear, low-density polyethylene and ultralow-density polyethylene, (3) the mass ratio of the polyolefin (b) to the alpha -olefin copolymer (c) (b:c) is (1:5) to (5:1), and (4) the polyolefin (b) and the alpha -olefin copolymer (c) each are dispersed as fine particles having an average particle diameter of 0.10 to 3.00 mu m in the polyarylene sulfide (a).
