    • The invention relates to a tray transfer apparatus, comprising an object to be transferred, a first conveyor rail, first and second guide rails, a side push unit and a second conveyor rail. The first conveyor rail supports the object to the transferred, and conveys the object to a first work position. The first and second guide rails are arranged to correspond to the first and second sides of the object, respectively, and guide the first and second sides of the object, respectively, with a predetermined spacing between the object and the guide rails. The side push unit includes a push arm which pushes the second side of the object in a first direction toward the first side of the object such that the object is aligned along the first side thereof by the first guide rail after the object is transferred to the first work position, and which returns in a second direction from the first side toward the second side of the object. The second transfer rail supports the object and transfers the object to a second work position after the second side of the object is pushed by the push arm. Thus, the object can be aligned in a precise manner.

    • PURPOSE: A DIP IC arranging machine is provided to improve working efficiency and reduce time by removing a process of pulling out a DIP IC in a storage tube in order to arrange a lead. CONSTITUTION: A DIP IC is stored in a storage tube(13). The DIP IC controls a lead interval by dividing into an input rotation roll(12a), a fine tuning rotation roll(12b), and an output rotation roll(12c). By using the fine tuning rotation roll, the exact adjustment of the DIP IC lead interval is controlled. The input rotation roll and the output rotation roll are fixed by varying as much as desired DIP IC lead interval. The DIP IC lead interval is varied from 7mm to 20mm.
