摘要： The present invention relates to a polymer electrolyte membrane, wherein a nanoweb which has a high melting point, which is insoluble in an organic solvent, and which has excellent pore properties is filled with ion conductors at an optimum condition. Thus, the total thickness of the membrane is reduced, thereby decreasing ohmic loss and reducing costs for materials, and the heat resistance of the membrane is improved and the heat expansion rate of the membrane is lowered to thereby prevent the ion conductivity of the membrane from degrading over a long period of time. The polymer electrolyte membrane of the present invention comprises: a porous nanoweb which has a melting point of 300°C or higher, and which is insoluble in an organic solvent such as NMP, DMF, DMA or DMSO at room temperature; and ion conductors which fill the interiors of the pores of the porous nanoweb, and which contain hydrocarbon-based materials soluble in said organic solvent at room temperature.

摘要： A method and system for settling financial transactions with a mobile communications terminal (10) containing financial information is disclosed. Financial information such as a card number and a valid date is encrypted by using a customer's inherent electronic wallet management number such as a secret number at the time of application of a card issuance, and then the encrypted financial information is input to a mobile communications terminal (10) designated by a customer, directly or via a communications network. When a customer wishes to settle financial transactions through the mobile communications terminal (10), he or she inputs his or her electronic wallet management number to optically transmit the encrypted financial information and electronic wallet management number to a POS terminal (20) or card inquiry machine in an affiliated store. The POS terminal (20) or card inquiry machine which has received the optically transmitted financial information and electronic wallet management number decodes the encrypted financial information by using the received electronic wallet management number. Thus, unless customer's electronic wallet management number such as a secret number is exposed illegally, no one who knows an encryption algorithm can use the customer's financial information illegally.

摘要： A financial information input method using a symmetric key security algorithm and a mobile communications commercial transaction system using the same encrypts financial information such as a customer's identification number and a valid date with a symmetric key algorithm by use of an electronic wallet administration number of a customer's terminal used as an encryption key at the time of applying an issuance of a card, and directly inputs the encrypted financial information into a customer's electronic wallet terminal or inputs the same via a communications network. In the case that a commercial transaction settlement is accomplished with a mobile communications terminal in which the encrypted financial information is stored, his or her own electronic wallet administration number is input so that the encrypted financial information and the administration number are optically transmitted to a POS terminal/card inquiry machine of an affiliated shop. The POS terminal/card inquiry machine which has received the encrypted financial information and administration number uses the received electronic wallet administration number and decodes the encrypted financial information with the administration number. Thus, although an unauthorized person knows an encryption algorithm unless a customer's electronic wallet administration number is exposed illegally, customer's financial information cannot be used. That is, an effect of fundamentally preventing customer's financial information from being illegally copied can be provided.

摘要： A method of manufacturing a reflective polarizer having broadband cholesteric liquid crystal and a reflective polarizer manufactured thereby. The method includes forming a nematic liquid crystal layer by applying a nematic liquid crystal material on a substrate, followed by cooling the substrate; forming a cholesteric liquid crystal layer by applying a cholesteric liquid crystal material on a substrate, followed by orientating the substrate; stacking the nematic liquid crystal layer on the cholesteric liquid crystal layer; and diffusing the nematic liquid crystal layer into the cholesteric liquid crystal layer in the stacked liquid crystal layers such that the nematic liquid crystal layer grows to a predetermined thickness and fixing the stacked layers by curing. The cholesteric liquid crystal layer has a longer wavelength pitch from bottom to top to have a visible light range as a selective reflection wavelength range, and the nematic liquid layer causes a phase lag λ/4.

摘要： An optical payment transceiver and an optical settlement system using the same uses a personal portable terminal incorporated with an optical transceiver as a card substitute payment unit for settlement. Here, card information is incorporated in a personal portable terminal incorporated with an optical transceiver such as a portable phone or a PDA and the optical transceiver is connected to a card inquiry machine to thereby optically transmit and receive card information. The card inquiry machine recognizes the received card information in the same manner as that of the card reader reading a magnetic card, and transmits the card information to a VAN company server or a card company server, to then request for an approval and settle transactions. The present invention is applied to most fields where financial transactions are performed as in general commerce, a toll gate fee or tunnel passage fee collection system, a subway or bus fare levying system, a gas station, a department store, a drive-thru ordering system, a vending machine, and a fee payment system of kiosks. Also, the present invention can be applied to an entrance/exit security system requiring personal identification. Thus, the present invention can use a portable terminal as a payment unit without carrying a cash or cards, to thereby provide an effect of performing a safer and more reliable credit transaction.
