    • Provided is a substrate-processing apparatus including a transfer member loading and taking out a substrate to and from a storage member, and a control unit controlling the transfer member. The transfer member includes a plurality of transfer arms and an arm-driving part moving the respective transfer arms horizontally, and substrates are loaded on the respective transfer arms. The control unit controls a movement velocity and a position of the transfer member and compares movement velocity profiles of the transfer arms, so as to control movement velocities of the respective transfer arms. Accordingly, the simultaneously driven transfer arms simultaneously arrive at target points, and thus the substrate-processing apparatus reduces transfer time and improves productivity.

    • PURPOSE: A device for storing ingredients in a vacuum condition is provided to individually control temperature and vacuum condition of multiple storages in order to keep proper conditions according to kinds of ingredients. CONSTITUTION: A device for storing ingredients in a vacuum condition comprises a body and covers(30-1,30-2,30-3,30-4). Multiple opened storages are formed in the upper part of the body. Each storage has the cover to cover on the top of the storage, thereby the storages are sealed. At least one cover has a vacuum pump(32) to discharge air in the storage to the outside. Air flow paths are formed in one inner side of the storage corresponding to the cover having the vacuum pump. The air in the storages except for the storage having the vacuum pump is communicated through the air flow paths. An open and close part which opens and closes the air flow paths is formed in the air flow path.

    • A method and a system for measuring a pan/tilt/zoom from a camera are provided to utilize a virtual large screen image as a real large screen image by panning/tilting/rolling a camera, thereby overcoming a small screen image or low resolution only using software without hardware. A system for measuring a pan/tilt/zoom from a camera includes an image processing module, a filter module, a measurement module and a controller. The image processing module extracts a motion vector from an image input from a camera. The filter module determines Pan/Tilt/Zoom based on the motion vector. The measuring module calculates a left/right movement(Pan) value and an enlargement/reduction(Zoom) value. The controller controls a screen image and an appliance by using the measured value.
