摘要： This invention is about the protection cap to protect the heads from potential impacts when the old, patients or disabled fall down because of carelessness in daily life. It has a simply structure using light foam sponge, which can be manufactured with moderate costs. This invention has the ultra-light structure to prevent any inconveniences even when the disabled patients or the old continuously put on in daily life. It aims to provide the protection cap to the patients in moderate prices as substantially reducing the manufacturing costs, which can be easily adjusted to fit to the head size of a user without any metal injection molding facilities. For these purposes, this invention consists of the upper protection band (10) and the lower protection band (20). The upper protection band protects the head using a foam sponge and the lower protection band protects the lower part of the head and fixes the cap. The upper protection band (10) is made with multiple ribs (12) that stretch out from the center in the crown of the head like the spokes of a wheel. The lower protection band (20) forms concavo-convex pattern (22) as being woven and fixed with the lower end of the ribs (12) of the upper protection band (10).

摘要： The present invention relates to an apparatus for producing zinc flake, in which a holding tank for supplying spherical zinc powder mixture materials and a ball mill are interconnected via an inlet line and an outlet line to flake the spherical zinc powder while circulating the mixture materials introduced in the holding tank. Particularly, as the present invention employs a complex ball mill having an inner cylinder constituted by a plurality of disks stacked into layers, zinc flake with superior quality is obtained to minimize porosity, protective effects against elements which might cause a corrosion can be increased, and the specific surface area of the zinc flake is increased to improve performance of corrosion-protective pigment. Further, the present invention adopts a continuous preparation process to shorten preparation time, thus improving productivity and yield rate, and allowing the commercial utilization thereof.
