    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To integrately manage gained information and to easily retrieve it by providing a means obtaining desired information possessed by another user through the use of a retrieving database.
      SOLUTION: First, the user in a network gains flowing information. Information is selectively gained by book-marking from the retrieved history of a individual user. Gained information is given a label for sorting information and based on specific reference, it is edited according to its liking. After then, a server within the network gains edited information possessed by each user, executes statistical processing such as preparation of an abstract label and constructs the retrieving database correlating gained edited information with each other to possess it. Each user gains information similar to information of his/herself possessed by another user and desired information of individual database itself of another user through the use of the constructed retrieving database.
