摘要： PURPOSE:To simply measure an area in a closed loop by adopting a method to measure the weight corresponding to the area instead thereof. CONSTITUTION:A base plate (a) is created to have a weight of 1kg per 1m . A drawing (b) on which the figure 2 of surveyed lands is drawn in advance on a scale factor 1/1,000 is sticked to the upper surface 1 of the base plate (a) and the figure 2 is transferred to the upper surface 1. Then, the portion of figure 2' (identical to figure 2) is cut off along the periphery 3 of the figure 2' and removed. Thereafter, the weight of the removed portion of figure 2' is measured. Then, by converting the weight so as to be 1kg per 1m , and multiplying the converted value by the scale factor of the figure, an area in a loop is calculated. Thus, by measuring the weight instead of the area, this can be simply and correctly measured.
