摘要： A fluid analysis system for use downhole comprises an input light signal that is directed through a fluid sample housed in a sample cell (184) . The input light signal may originate from a plurality of light sources (180) . An output light signal from the sample cell is then routed to one or more spectrometers (186) for measurement of the represented wavelengths in the output light signal. The output of the spectrometers is then compared to known values for hydrocarbons typically encountered downhole . This provides insight into the composition of the sample fluid. Additionally, the light from the light sources can be routed directly to the one or more spectrometers to be used in calibration of the system in the high temperature and noise environment downhole .

摘要： An apparatus for azimuth measurements comprises an elongated housing, a plurality of gyro sensors, each of the gyro sensors having an input axis for angular velocity measurements, spherical sensor holders arranged along the longitudinal direction of the housing, at least one motor for driving the sensor holders, a transmission mechanism for transmitting a rotation force from the motor to each of the sensor holders and a controller for controlling a rotation of the motor. Each of the sensor holders has one of the gyro sensors and is rotatable about a rotation axis so as to change the orientation of the input axis of the gyro sensor.

摘要： A method and system for azimuth measurements using one or more gyro sensors is disclosed. The method includes acquiring a first data from each of the gyro sensors with an input axis aligned to a first angular orientation and acquiring a second data from each of the gyro sensors with the input axis flipped to a second angular orientation opposite to the first angular orientation. An earth rate component at the first angular orientations is determined based on a difference between the first data and the second data to cancel out bias of each of the gyro sensors. The method may include acquiring a third data of the gyro sensor with the input axis aligned to the same angular orientation as the first angular orientation. An average of the first data and the third data may be used instead of the first data for determining the earth rate component.

摘要： PURPOSE:To simplify an operation process and to improve operation efficiency by incorporating an electric detecting means in an insulating spherical body and inserting it into a pipe from its opening, closing the opening part so that a lead wire is movable, and sending air in through an air intake provided to the closure part and moving the spherical body of the inspection of the pipe inside. CONSTITUTION:The insulating spherical body 2 where the electric detecting means is incorporated is inserted into the pipe 1 to be inspected from its opening 1a. Its lead wire is run through the insertion part 5 of a closing lid 4 and the opening 1a is closed, The air is sent in the pipe 1 under specific pressure from an air compressor 9 through the air intake 8. The spherical body 2 moves in the pipe 1 because of the wind pressure and the electric detecting means detects the state of the film in the pipe 1 and sends electric variation due to the abnormality of the film to a detection part 7, so that the abnormality is detected.

CONSTITUTION:An epoxy resin paint P is injected from a starting end part 1a of a large diameter pipe 1 and air pressurized to a necessary pressure is introduced. The paint P is penetrated to a certain degree and transported to the inside of the large diameter pipe 1. Then, plural numbers of small diameter ball 4 for coating the inside of the small diameter pipe are inserted into the large diameter pipe 1, and plural numbers of ball 3 having a larger diam. and having appropriate grooves 5 in random directions on the surface for coating the large diameter pipe, are inserted into the pipe. Injection of air from the starting end part 1a of the pipe is enabled by stopping the supply of air, and the air in the pipe is sucked with a specified pressure from a terminal opening 2a. Then, jet streams are formed in a space of the inside surface of the pipe wall between each outside diameter of the large diameter balls 3 and the large diameter pipe 1, and adhered paint P is flung up along the inside of the pipe, forming a paint layer P1. Thus, lining is performed securely.
