摘要： PURPOSE: To provide a means to make a skin temperature measuring device of finger tip in order to diagnose a blood circulation disturbance owing to fibrillation or the like, in a small size and a light weight, and to reduce the startup time to the starting of using the device. CONSTITUTION: A finger insert 2 is provided at the front side of a box 1, and a positioning part 4 of finger tip and a radiation thermometer 5 are provided inside the box 1. And a cooling unit 10 is provided at the rear surface side of the box 1. The cooling unit 10 is composed by providing cooling elements 12a, 12b, and 12c on both side surfaces of heating bodies 11 such as aluminum. When a fan 17 is rotated, the air in the box 1 is sucked in by a hood 16, and its heat is absorbed by the cooling elements 12a to be cooled. The heat absorbed by the cooling elements 12a passes through the heating bodies 11, flows to the cooling elements 12b and 12c at the outer side, and it is discharged out of the box 1 through fins 13a. The inside of the box 1 is cooled at a high thermal efficiency, and the skin temperature can be measured by the radiation thermometer 5 while a cool air is blown to the finger tip.

摘要： PURPOSE:To attain the silver recovery efficiently by a method wherein hydrogen peroxide is added to the washing water and a complex salt forming agent or a chelate agent is decomposed in a promoted speed by the oxidizing action thereof to fix water soluble silver within the washing water. CONSTITUTION:The washing water containing about 20ppm of silver is poured in an electrolysis tank 1 and, simultaneously, 6ml of 35% aqueous hydrogen peroxide solution to 20l of the washing water is added. Subsequently, air is sent into an electrolysis tank 1 through an aerating pipe 3 by a compressor 2 and, while the washing water is stirred, electric current is passed between an aluminum anode 5 and a carbon black cathode 5' by a rectifier 4. The addition of hydrogen peroxide may be added at the same time when electrolysis is carried out. When the said silver receives the electrolysis, the silver is insolubulized along with aluminum hydroxide in a colloidal form and overflowed into a floc forming tank 6 from an electrolysis tank 1. Herein, a flocculating agent is added to form flacs and the flocs formed water is flowed into an electrolysis float separator tank 7 and hydrogen gas from a carbon black cathode 5' is adhered to the floc of aluminum hydroxide containing silver to float the said floac. This bloc are recovered from an exhaust port 8.

When the gears 3, 4 are rotated, the door body 1 ascends and descends on the river bed 5. But even when the door body 1 is greatly risen to greatly protrude the rack lever 2 upward from the gears 3, 4, the rack lever 2 does not incline because it is three-point supported, and the rack lever 2 can therefore ascend and descend smoothly.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of the fluctuation of a door body with a float owing to waves by a method wherein when the door body with a float is brought into a fall, a lifting wire is lead out in a direction in which the door body with a float is caused to float. CONSTITUTION:When a water level in a channel is low, a door body 1 with a float is caused to rise and fall. Simultaneously, rotation of a drum 9 in a wire rewinding direction is locked so that a wire 5 is prevented from being rewound in the direction of an arrow mark (e). In this case, since the wire 5 is not rewound, the door body 1 with a float can not float but is brought into a complete fall state and held in a rest state. Meanwhile, when a water level in the channel is high, the door body 1 with a float is caused to rise. Simultaneously, the drum 9 is locked so that the drum 9 is prevented from rotation by means of a force by which the door body 1 with a float is about to fall under an own weight. In this case, the door body with a float is incapable of rising and falling and can be held in a standing-upright state.
