摘要： In the field of communications technologies, a message handling method and a message handling device are provided. The method includes: a notification indicating whether an X2 interface to a neighbor node is available is received; using an S1 interface to send information when the X2 interface is unavailable; and/or receiving a notification indicating whether an S1 interface to a neighbor node is available, and using an X2 interface to send information when the S1 interface is unavailable. The technical solutions can ensure normal communication, and reduce possibility of communication failure.

摘要： A random access method, an evolved Node B (eNB), and a terminal equipment are provided. The method includes: determining target component carriers to which a User Equipment (UE) is to be handed over, and notifying the UE of information about the target component carriers through a source eNB; and after receiving a dedicated random access preamble sent by the UE, sending a random access response message on at least one component carrier in the target component carriers. The terminal equipment includes: a handover command receiving unit, a sending unit, and a random response receiving unit. Therefore, in a random access procedure of cell handover, the eNB is capable of determining downlink component carriers that a UE monitors, thereby increasing utilization rate of downlink resources.

In addition, embodiments of the present invention further provide a system and devices for forwarding data during cell handover. In the method, a system and base stations are provided by the present invention, the data that have not been transmitted are forwarded in a layered manner respectively in at least one of the PDCP layer and RLC layer. Therefore, data transmission during cell handover is implemented and data loss due to the handover is avoided.

The method includes the following steps: receiving an instruction signaling, in which the instruction signaling is used for instructing a downlink component carrier used as a timing reference for an uplink component carrier; and adjusting the uplink component carrier by using the downlink component carrier as timing reference time. Through the embodiments of the present disclosure, the downlink component carrier used as the timing adjustment reference for the uplink component carrier is specified in the sent instruction signaling. The timing reference time used by the terminal during the TA adjustment of the uplink component carrier may be clarified and the TA adjustment of the uplink component carrier may be accurately confirmed.

The method includes: receiving a component carrier (CC) uplink synchronization indication message sent by a base station, where the uplink synchronization indication message carries identification information of one or multiple newly configured CCs; sending synchronization signaling to the base station when knowing that the uplink synchronization needs to be executed on all or a part of the one or multiple newly configured CCs corresponding to the identification information; and receiving a time advanced (TA) adjusting message that is sent by the base station according to the synchronization signaling, and applying a TA value carried in the TA adjusting message to the CC on which the uplink synchronization needs to be executed.
