    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spring activated energy transducer.
      SOLUTION: An upper section of the transducer includes a housing, a first circular board placed on a helix main metal spring 6, many permanent magnets provided at a lower part of a second circular board 9 positioned beneath the main metal spring 6, many permanent magnet provided on an upper surface of a third circular board including a groove for storing metal bearing balls and opposing to the permanent magnet provided at the lower part of the second circular board 9 with having same polarity as the permanent magnet, a metal shaft 16 vertically welded at a lower part center of the third circular board, and four pieces 14 rotatably placed to four arc shaped springs welded along an outer circumference edge of the third circular board. A lower section of the transducer includes a housing 15, a fourth circular board having a hole for the metal shaft formed thereon and placed at an upper end of the lower section, a wire bundle fixed on the metal shaft, many permanent magnets 20 placed on an inner wall at the lower section, and a fifth circular board having another hole at a center and placed at a lower end of the lower section.

    • A spring activated energy transducer is provided. The energy transducer of the current invention generates alternating current (A/C) electricity from abundant external natural forces. The energy transducer is comprised of an upper part and a lower part. The upper part is comprised of a housing, a helix metal spring, a first circular board, a second circular board, pluralities of permanent magnets embedded to the second circular board, a third circular board with pluralities of permanent magnets facing the permanent magnets embedded in the second circular board with same magnetic pole, an upper metal shaft welded to the third circular board, four arc-shaped springs welded to the third circular board, and four wheel sets rotatably attached to one end of the spring. The lower part is comprised of a housing, a lower metal shaft, a fourth circular board placed on the upper end of the lower part, bundles of electric wire, pluralities of permanent magnets, and a fifth circular board placed at the lower end of the lower part. As the helix metal spring is compressed by an external force, the bundle of electric wire turns between permanent magnets to produce electricity. Direction of the electricity alternates as the helix metal spring oscillates.

    • There is provided a method of optimizing recipe of in-situ cleaning process for process chamber after a specific process on semiconductor wafers by using Residual Gas Analyzer Quadrupole Mass Spectrometer (RGA-QMS). According to the present invention, a Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD) apparatus for manufacturing semiconductor devices comprises: a process chamber; process gas supply line for supplying process gas into the process chamber; a waste-gas exhaust line for removing the waste-gas from the process chamber after process; a supply line for supplying a CiF3 gas into the process chamber; a sampling manifold for sampling the gas inside process chamber by using pressure difference; and RGA-QMS for analyzing the sampling gas, and the optimization of the end points according to gas flow, pressure, and temperature of the cleaning process for the process chamber is achieved through the analysis by above RGA-QMS.
